No highlights hereThe visit to Kerava could have been a good one, but the hotel turned it into one of worst nightmares. Cheap as chips, but still sadly overpriced. Your first step into the building will make you wish you never came. Scruffy, dirty and all-in-all a sad experience. The check-in is at the night-club bar-disk, the service is terrible, but you will get the room. To reach there you need to take the stairs one floor up, and at this point your expectations will be below ground level, so the chock at entering the room is not that bad. The size of the room will make a normal contemporary toilet feel like a ball-room, and even in this tiny little dunged, the postal stamp-sized tv-set attached to the wall up at the ceiling still looks tiny. You should bring a pair of binoculars if you want to enjoy any broadcasting, and you will want to, as soon as the shopping mall next door closes, there is nothing but a Mac Donalds open anywhere around. The beds in the room are narrow, but otherwise ok, and the room was cleaned properly, as was the bathroom (tiny as well), although I have a strong feeling that the dark stuff in the corners could be mold So, finally when you wake up in the morning you probably will see the place for the last time of your life, and don't bother looking for a breakfast room. There is none. The hotel offers you the option of a service station breakfast at 5 euros, somewhere in the not so close vicinity I never attempted to find that. Phew

Very BasicLocation: directly in the center of Kerava Room: small round about 10 sqm Bed: quite ok Bathroom/Shower: round about 2 sqm, shower with curtain Cleanliness: clean Air Condition/Heating: real radiators WLAN: free, fast and very reliable Parking: parking behind the hotel between 8pm to 8pm without parking disk Breakfast you can get a voucher from the reception (5 Euros) to have breakfast in a gas station somewhere (I never tried it because directly opposite you have a supermarket and in the room there is a fridge and coffee/tea making facilities and on the corridor you find a microwave oven Restaurant: no, but there is a good Sushi directly round the corner, opposit the Sushi is a Chicken specialized restaurant (never had a better chicken) and a few more steps a very good Nepalese restaurant Language: English, Finnish Staff: normal Credit Cards: western standard cards accepted Sauna: no Pool: no Extra benefits: bar/lounge at first floor but sometimes no benefit if they play the music until 4am Conclusion: for me ok as it was quite cheap and very close to the place I had to work

Very basic and noisyI spent 3 nights at Hotel Cosmopoli during Nordic World Ski Championships in March 20017. The hotel is located on 2nd floor at Cosmopoli Night Club in the center of Kerava. The room is very basic. On weekdays the night club closes at 10 PM and the area is quiet. On Friday and Saturday night the night club is very noisy. The music was very loud and the bass sound from the DJ made it impossible to sleep. The night club closes at 4 AM. If you prefer to sleep during the night, find another hotel. At check-out the reception was closed. So I had to leave the key in the door.
