  Basic hotel but everything you need

  We stayed here in August 2014 for one night before starting a tour of Sumatra. We found the hotel to be basic but clean and functional for a short stay. The breakfast was again fairly basic, but good to have this included in the price and toast and jam was available!

  Good value for money

  I went to Medan in September 2015. I stayed here for a night. It was nice that they gave me a spacious and clean bedroom. The location of the hotel is strategics. The breakfast buffet was fairly basic but it was okay for budget hotel. And the hotel offered good value for money and good facilities like high speed wi-fi and compliment drinks. Thank you.

  Nice Medan hotel.

  Nice place to stay. Pleasant staff, clean room and very comfortable bed. With good Chinese food nearby. Thamlin mall & Pasar rame nearby with Medan Mall not too far away. The free buffet breakfast is satisfactory.

  A little below my expectation for the prixe paid, but also have some surprises

  It's quite far from any attraction in Medan. Small from the entrance but big inside at the reception. wifi is good. Our 2 room suite was ok. But got a shock of our lives when our son bath in one of the shower room - the water turned brown!!! and later letting it flow and knocking on the shower head we realized there was full of rust in the shower head.

  Just an old budget hotel

  Old building, bad location. The bedroom is quite large, but cleanliness could be improved.. Stains on wall, dirty hallway carpets, strangely designed bathroom, hot water is not that hot, limited breakfast menu. If you lower your expectations, you still can find some experience in this hotel... That old chinese-meet modern-pop theme design is somehow took me way back to the 80s... If not older. I guess the time must have stopped in this building... :)
