Functional but not excitingHotel was comfortable with friendly staff. Room was reasonable size, shower wasgreat. I would have like tea and coffee making in bedroom especially as restaurant was closed. There was a hairdryer in bathroom. Food in restaurant was excellent when open. I would stay again but glad I was able to borrow a kettle. Threadcount on sheets could have been higher.

Nothing special.Over all it wasnt a bad place. The website, hotels (dot) com is not accurate. The bar is no more, the rooms are smaller, they do not have roll away beds. I found the shower to be small. Breakfast was typical European. I would not stay here again. The staff were not great but not bad. Because the rooms were not as advertised they gave us an extra room.

Bland and soullessA very ordinary dull hotel with everything in beige or brown. The rooms (I had to move after 1 night) were clean but had that vague odour of cheap cleaning agents and whilst clean, were fairly spartan. Bathroom had liquid soap and combined liquid shower gel & shampoo in dispensers screwed to the wall. A hair dryer was in evidence but nothing else. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets and a reasonable pillow and a bottle of water was left in the room but a coffee required a trip to the restaurant / bar for a fairly indifferent cup of brown liquid. The breakfast was frankly naff. Hot food consisted of watery scrambled eggs or very nasty frankfurter-type sausages. The cold plates hosted a lot of choice but everything was cheap and only just palatable. The cheese for example tasted like anaemic cheddar slices, whilst the meats had been kept for too long. The jam could have come from anywhere whilst the one choice of juice was in a large jar and frankly could hve been anything. I suppose free parking, free and good WiFi would make this a good budget stay, but don't expect frills.

Book elsewhere! My partner and I have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years due to its location for visiting family in the area. It has steadily declined year on year. The staff are ok and will help with anything if asked but do not go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms are basic but ok for the price. The breakfast is to be avoided at all costs! Rancid scrambled eggs and sausage that seems to have been on the hot plate for days on end. Picked mushrooms for breakfast... really??! Cold meats and cheese that are served every day until they are stale. Today there wasn't even a choice whatsoever, you were given a plate with a pre-selected cold meats and cheese, whether you liked it or not. No consideration that some people may have allergies or may not want cucumber or blue cheese on their plate at all. Truely awful.

Hotels in Pruszcz GdanskiThe hotel is quiet, located in a good place in the small city centre, clean, very friendly staff, easy access by car, train or bus. There are a lot of small shops around but it would be good to have a nice restaurant in the vicinity Minus for small and terribly hard beds
