  Hotel moderno

  El hotel es muy moderno y está bien mantenido, aunque es un poco extraño el acceso por el garage (?). Las habitaciones espaciosas y la atención del personal muy buena. Excelente el desayuno buffet con amplia variedad de comida. Buena conexión wi fi.

  They check your body temperature in your hand

  The downside is they point the temperature gun to your hand. Which is a complete mistake. You guys are the victim of the hoax saying that it can destroy brain cells if temperature is done in the forehead? Please train your employees better about the correct way to temperature checking. Some scary sh*t if they do this on purpose so that anyone can stay. Pros: Nice room Decent breakfast Very nice & helpful hotel employees Cons: Tight parking space and its very dark in the 1st floor parking lot (have the light and elevator turned on for this floor will ya?) Blanket is so thin able to freeze you to death I expected much more from this hotel at 500 - 800/night. I thought its managed by tentrem would guarantee a perfect experience, I guess I found out that it didn't. Please improve.

  Need more improvement

  The room is quite small and not too clean On the welcome note they said that provide hand sanitizer in every room. But too bad, There was none. But actually The location is very good. Very near to most of the city landmark

  CLEANLINESS NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED

  Currently staying at Room 812. I do not understand how the house-keepers can overlook all the moulds on the grouts of the wall tiles and floor edges of the shower booth. The new towels are not washed well. We can know it from their foul smell. Maybe they should find better launderers. The bath-room is too dark. This can be easily rectified by replacing the lamp bulb with one with a higher wattage. The room's carpet needs thorough cleaning. It should be thoroughly vacuum-cleaned when it is unoccupied. The breakfast is very good. Not many kinds of dishes, but quite adequate for me. Tasty and, more importantly, I do appreciate this, hygienic. Breakfast's staff are very kind and very attentive.

  Impressive

  the beddings were great, and the foods were excellent! the hotel is quite small but really homey! Love the home-ness of this hotel. Definitely will go back to this hotel once I return to Semarang! Thank you, Chanti
