hospitality at its bestGreat hotel for a ski holidays in a nearby Via Lattea region. Close to the slopes with decent comforts. Lovely, welcoming hosts and rooms with enough personal space for the trip. The food is ok, but could improve.

A great cappuccinoWe stopped here a couple of times for a cappuccino before heading off into France. Each time the drinks were fantastic... If we ever stop in Cesana we will stay here... There was plenty of space outside to park our motorcycles and we are welcomed by the staff... We hope you enjoy it...

Good potential poor serviceWe stayed here for four nights. Large room with adequate bathroom but in need of a refurb. The mattresses can do with upgrading the decor is outdated and feels grubby. We found some dirty socks from a previous visitor in our room which was not great. Such a great location and potential and just needs some love and attention.

Friendly service in a beautiful hotel. We stayed for a week over new year. Emilio and Francesca were fantastic hosts and catered for our every need. Every morning Emilio drove us to the local chair lifts and on several occasions picked us up from neighboring towns when we wanted to stay out later. The hotel has a new spa facility in immaculate condition and our double room was lovely too. Nothing we asked for was too much, they were simply put "perfect hosts".

Enjoyable WeekBooked this through Booking.com as friends were staying locally for a weeks skiing. Part reason I chose those was because there was no single supplement . No issues with booking, arrived early and room was ready. I had room 34 which was plenty big enough for me although 2 would be cosy. Had balcony, top floor and on the back so apart from the river limited road noise. Hotel was 2 separate buildings originally with the new more modern looking part joining them. However, internally all appeared traditional decorated, lots of wood. Breakfast was continental, very well stocked although it did reduce during the week but probably to be expected as less guests. Loved the individual Italian coffee pots - just ask but once youve had once they come without asking next day. There is a bar and restaurant signs but they werent offered so not sure if it was just the week I was there or its permanent. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there English was much better than my Italian. I didnt require it but the owner does run a shuttle bus to the lifts in Cesana which is about a half mile walk, ok if you dont have any gear but sensible to take. There is also a large ski room and heated boot racks. Only downside for me was that because everything is wooden, even though I was on the top floor, it seemed I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Bathroom noise from below is a first but there were also other guests who were not respectful of the fact the walls were a little thin. I could cope with it but I dont think my wife would have without earplugs. Overall a great stay, would recommend and would stay again.
