  The owners are very nice and involved

  What a nice hotel in a very nice place. We spent 6 nights in september and were very satisfied. Especially the owners are very involved in the daily management of the hotel, they are there at breakfast, at dinner, at the desk the whole time to help and see if everything is all right. And they speak German all right, so that is a way to communicate if you do not speak Italian. The service is very personal. The rooms are OK, a little old-fashioned, and the food is good. Nice choice of menu, there is always a lighter cold option for main course, i.e. melon and parma ham or vitello tonnato. The wellness-area is good, but Italians do not understand Sauna: It is better without your bathing suit!

  Outstanding Restaurant!

  We can only write about the restaurant at the Hotel Cevedale since we stayed at a nearly timeshare, but in the 5 nights we stayed in Cogolo di Pejo, we ended up dining at the Cevedale 3 times. Partly this was because there are so few other dining options in Cogolo that do not require the purchase of a multicourse meal (which we neither wanted nor needed), but mostly because the food and the hospitality were the best we experienced during our 2 weeks in the Dolomites. Our hostess, and part owner of the Hotel, Alessandra Monari, always welcomed us with a smile and a kind word, and would always stop by our table for a very pleasant chat and to make sure that everything was to our liking. We had different meals from the al a carte menu each night and they were all excellent, though my favorite was the thinly sliced red deer (venison) served with a balsamic reduction and some baked apple. Alessandra always invited us to partake in the salad bar if we wished, but never charged us for it even though it was not included in the price of our meal. Pricing across the menu was very fair, but it was the welcoming spirit and hospitality of everyone involved at Cevedale that we enjoyed the most. After our third and last visit, Alessandra even presented my wife with a small gift to help us remember our time at her restaurant. While we did not stay at the Hotel Cevedale, we have no doubt that they would bring the same hospitality and attention to detail to their rooms and guests that they brought to their restaurant. We highly recommend the Cevedale to anyone visiting or passing through Pejo or the Val de Sol! Thank you, Alessandra!

  wonderfull, atmospheric place

  Very nice, warm place run by the family members with big heart. Nice wellness with good design. Restaurant and food absolutely best! I have visited this place for 3 times. I am sure I will come back there again.

  A jewel downtown!

  Very good hotel in the village centre, with restaurant, SPA and private car park. I am hard to please, but in my opinion, it deserves more than 3 stars. The hotel is in excellent condition: beautiful, typical and warm inside, perfectly tidy and clean, amazing room, delicious cuisine and refined menu with meat and fish dishes, some of them typical of Trentino Alto Adige. Friendly and caring people at the Reception, especially Mrs Monari, she really made me feel at home. Very better than others, Hotel Cevedale is a guarantee for a comfortable and unforgettable stay. I really feel to recommend this hotel to everybody, singles, groups of friends and families.

  An amazing place for events

  We stayed at Cevedale just one night for a weeding of our friends and both the restaurant and the hotel are amazing. The food is great, the atmosphere is cozy and family like. The room was very warm and comfortable.
