Grande cortesia! The hotel is great. We took a superior double room. Great view on the village of Moena and on both the Latemar and the Rosengarten. Room was very clean, comfortable and large. Made up twice per day. We used the restaurant for breakfast only. Although the breakfast was just regular (good selection but nothing exceptional), we noticed a great courtesy from the hotel staff. Same at the hotel desk. They helped us and kindly provided additional services (fresh flowers in the room). Unfortenately, internet access is only by clable (not good for tablet owners...).

ExcellentAfter discovering great skiing conditions in Italian Dolomiti last year, this was my third stay in area of Val di Fassa. And now I know I won't have to search for any other hotel when coming to skiing holiday in Italy again! Everything was great - service at the reception and bar from Irene and Claudia, professional and very kind approach of Anna during delicious breakfasts and dinners. Room was always kept clean and when we returned back to the hotel from the slopes we really enjoyed swimming in hotel pool. Thank you very much Alessandra and Eleonora for making our holiday so special! It will be our pleasure to visit your hotel again!

Nice, welcoming and friendlyVery nice hotel close to the center of Moena. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere and great views over the village and the mountains. This hotel is good for relaxing and hiking. Extra plus for the indoors parking!

Great place to stay while skiingWe traveled to Modena to ski and stayed at the Catinaccio Rosengarten for a week and loved the place. The rooms were comfortable with great views of the city below. The staff was very pleasant but only one spoke broken English. We managed to communicate and it made it interesting. There is an indoor pool but be warned it is only room temperature. The hotel has a commanding view of the city from the top of the hill but to access it from the city you have to climb 87 steps so the view comes with a price

Wonderful Holiday with Pro&ConsI had a wonderful stay, however this hotel has, as every other place, it's pro and it's cons: Pro Perfect location, it is 5 minutes walk away from cableway that will bring you to very good slops. They are great for any level. The shops where to rent ski or snowboard, ski pass are just in front of the cableway. It has a Sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and an area where to just relax with a herbal tea. The breakfast is amazing with a machine to have freshly done orange juice. The Bedrooms are spacious, with a big mattress warm and always clean. Downstairs there is a very nice area where to have a drink and play cards. Cons It took more than a week and multiple phone-calls to have the confirmation that the room was still available with no explanations or apologise for the delay in confirming. The Food could be better, you are in an area in Italy where the food is excellent, try the restaurants up in the slops (baite) to have compare.. the food is amazing, the one served in the hotel, is not... don't get me wrong, it is not bad, it is just not AMAZING as it could be! the plates are not as tasty, are not always traditional, and if you just eat there, you would be missing out in a big part of your holiday, you would miss out in the traditional dishes that are to die for. in a week, I found twice pieces of plastic in my food. My Advice: go there as a hotel, it is great! have breakfast there but if you have a car, go somewhere else for dinner, do not book half board.
