  Nice location, nice modern lobby, good room equipment, pleasant receptionists and room maid. Clean and nice internal swimming pool with warm water. Clean overall, nice lining. Restaurant is not impressive, food is basic, restaurant staff constantly moving around the table and taking empty plates which is anoying.

  Awesome hotel

  Great food, great pools and awesome rooms. We had breakfast included and it was tasty and you had a lot of food and a big choice. Everything is fresh. One night we went on dinner and it was also awesome. You have a pool in a hotel even though you have therme near by. Hotel is abit expensive for our term but it pays off! Will gladly return!

  Great hotel with great food!

  Hotel is great, clean, nice, comfortable big rooms, good bed, great service. Food is delicious, and you can not be hungry in Catez hotel! Buffet breakfast and dinner. The food offer is huge and quality. Do not worry about that. Hotel has underground passage to winter riviera. It is warm, but you can not go to winter riviera only in t shirt and shorts. On winter riviera you can find 2 caffe and restoraunt with cooked meals and the prices are reasonable. Only thing that was negative is bad wifi at room on first floor. In dining room was good. In winter riviera there is no wifi. I think this hotel is better than hotel Toplice 4*, looks nicer, especially dining room. Will be back, I am sure!

  Terrible vacation for family with underage children

  This hotel is not worth 3*star. At reception, rude and unkind. Under critisism is female employee , whose behaviour is kind of ironical to the request for additional sheet in the room, since the heating is way unduly. Her answer that additional bed is not paid, is stupid and beyond expectation.At the same time at the reception tourist tax is charged for 4 years old child. I realized their mistake at once, but they told me, that refund will be perfomed to my back account. And they still did not pay back.I do not recommend food, which is awful, hot dogs at the breakfast are cut in pieces. They do not serve pancakes nor fried eggs., toast is beyond expectation. At the dinner, the trout is cut in pieces too. When the green salad is out, it is brought in small portions, so you have to be quick to get your share of salad. A glass of water for your child is escapade, even if the child is not feeling well. The personel asks you to go on the toilet. The hotel is not worth being 3-star hotel, maybe 1-star for the lift. Even lift was in failure. With this attitude, I am not going back with my family.

  Not fair, poor service, be carfeul about extra bed

  We've spent a long weekend with our daughters of 3 years and 9 months. We were faced with the poor service, unfair treatment and were tricked for an extra bed. At the check-in we've found out that we are all supposed to sleep in a single king size bed and we were told to approach to our agency as they haven't said that our daughter is not having a bed and that it will be put in the room for an extra charge. We've said that we will think about it and will speak with our agency only to find out that actually there was an extendable chair in the room. So we have tought that they might be wrong with what they've said earlier as for us it was strange that for our family of 4, there was only one king size bed. However, the room service came and asked us if we want to have the chair set as the bed with linen on top. And we've said OK, only to find out, after our 3 days stay, at the check-out, that we are supposed to pay 50% of the regular price only for having the linen on the chair. WE WERE DECEIVED AND THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS. Which hotel in the Earth is charging for making a chair to be a bed with the linen 50% of the regular price for a 3 year old child. NEVER AGAIN!!! Stay away of this hotel which is supposed to be family friendly and actually is totally NOT
