  Hermoso lugar! Lo mejor de Malasia

  Estuvimos aqui alojados con nuestra familia. El lugar es hermoso. Con estilo, elegancia y mucha simpatía por parte de su personal. Las habitaciones son amplias e iluminadas. Los alrededores dan la sensación de paz y tranquilidad. Tiene muchos espacios comunes y todos son muy agradables. El desayuno es excelente!!

  Comfortable and excellent service

  We stayed just for a night. Stayed on Sunday, Jan 12th, 2020 and checked out the next day. The hotel is comfortable although I think it kinda stucked in the 90s but the service, the breakfast, the ambience is outstanding. Dont mind stayng here again. Good value of money and now its a walking distance to the Night Market.. only 600metres away. Bear in mind the pasar malam is only from Friday to Saturday.

  The hotel has a strong colonial British feel to it in terms of design, decor & furniture. It enjoys a rich warm & welcoming atmosphere from the beauty of the drive way through into reception and beyond. We stayed in a front facing room on the 2nd floor - it was a spacious room with a large comfortable double 4 poster bed, double doors out onto a balcony that overlooks the golf course. The bathroom is large, but some might not like the shower in the bath and there is a small step inside the bathroom (I normally bash my toes on things a lot...but didn't have any problems with this!) Breakfast provides a variety of options, which cater for most (if not all) tastes. Eggs are cooked to order. The staff were all friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Some spoke excellent English, whilst others less so and understandably were less confident with the usual less formal conversation. The manager (Anthony) was extremely helpful, very polite, remembered customers names and would take time to check on their respective hotel AND holiday experiences. I think the location is perfect, we walked up to the busy Saturday night market (about 700 m) past the queueing traffic going there. We walked out to local nearby places to eat & drink. Access to a few jungle tracks is good, the biggest challenge is actually finding the start points when you get to them. Try it, you will probably understand! We did 1 private excursion (half day in a landrover with Cameron Secrets, seperate review, but they collected & dropped off at the hotel). There are numerous hotels in the Cameron Highlands to choose from...but few with enjoy such a pleasant location, environment and overall experience for this money. It is excellent value for money! So, why not a 5 then? Well there are a few bits looking a bit tired... The bathroom - clean, functional but disappointing when considering everything else. The carpet had a few burn marks where a previous guest had decided to iron on the floor I think! Really? There is an ironing board & iron. On and the road outside can be a bit noisy, but I'm not sure how you get everything else without being near the main road. Anyway, we recomend this hotel. Enjoy...

  We were happy to find that the room was clean, having had many bad experiences with hotels in Cameron Highlands. The room we stayed in had a bit of peeling paint, which was not desirable. Also, the hotel is beside the road so traffic sounds could be heard, but we were not disturbed by it. Breakfast was enjoyable and the buffet variety was good. Upon informing them that we were vegetarian, the hotel restaurant gave us the option of ordering specially prepared vegetarian fried bihun, kuay teow, and noodles. The fried bihun was good. Overall, we had a great stay here.

  Excellent location & service

  It's nestled between Tanah Rata & Brinchang, opposite the golf course. Though it is right beside the main road, the amount of noise did not disturb us. The room was spacious. The complimentary breakfast that came with the room package offered a good spread of choices. They can prepare specially for vegetarians, too. Just need to inform them. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast for the two mornings we were there. We will definitely stay there again if we can get a good price.
