  Estancia de una noche

  No nos quedamos más porque no nos gustó. Bien situado, Habitación limpia pero oscura y ruidosa al igual que el pasillo. ni tetera ni hervidor en la habitación como anuncian; sñolo 2 tazas con sus platos. Habitación sin armario. Desayuno pésimo, muy pobre: leche en mal estado; el café era agua oscura. El interior del microondas muy sucio y no hicieron caso de nuestro comentario.

  Service can be improved

  This nice hotel is located at the popular spot, which many restaurants and cafes are a stones throw away. Unfortunately We were given a room at the last floor, which contains 2 single beds and one queen bed. Unfortunately the WiFi at this level was unable to get connected. There were also no quilt for the two single bed. Hopefully the hotel can look into the WiFi connection in this level.

  Acceptable

  Great location, on the Pedonale witch is the best place in Shkoder. Cold and very poor breakfast, bad smell inside the room because the bathroom doesn't have an an aspiration system. Overall is acceptable.

  Exceptional Hotel!

  Hotel Carmen was amazing. Its set in the central part of Shkodër, Albania and so is near everything. The reception team were so welcoming and helpful to advise places to go and eat. The rooms were exceptional and very clean. A very high standard hotel with amazing service. I would come back in a heart beat!

  Do not contemplate staying here

  We stayed tor two nights in September 2019. Unfortunately it was a Friday and Saturday when very loud music from a nearby rave lasts until 12pm. The room, the apartment, had a soaking wet bedside rug, a fridge that didn't plug in (with left over cheese slices and mini sausages), there was no hanging space as blankets were piled up in the wardrobe and the balcony adjoined a building site. They are obviously having an extension built in the garden, so do not go by the website and their attractive photos. The breakfast, appeared to have been cooked an hour before we'd ordered it and we were the only guests. However, it is in a good location - the only redeeming factor.
