    Clean rooms

Very nice hotel, good restaurant with affordable prices. Nice clean room, with high speed wifi. In the city nothing to do, but it isn't far from Katowice and Krakow. There is fitness ans sauna, but we didn't try it. First day the breakfast wasn't really good, second day it was okay. Had nice pancakes with fruit. I would go again

    Overall, not bad

We stayed here with our young child (6 mos old) and have to say, not bad at all. The location was convenient, basically a 10-minute walk to downtown. Breakfast is basic, but not outside of what you would typically see in a small business hotel in E Europe. If you're in Jaworzno, a good option.

    economical and functional

I stay here on business. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are adequate and clean. The breakfast is fine and the restaurant in the evening is good value for both food and drinks. WiFi works well all over the hotel and the car park is very convenient. I have also arranged an airport transfer which was charged to the room which avoids having to have local currency on arrival. All part of the good service.

    Very nice staff

Nice place to stay, close to city centre but quiet. Reception staff very nice and professional. I asked about something and the girl was not sure, but then she rang and said that she made some research and found out the information that I was looking for. Very clean room as well. Overall a very good experience and I will be back.

    Weekend Visit

I reserved two rooms for a family trip to attend a Christening. Although I booked a double and a single ,the hotel was kind enough to allocate two double rooms adjacent to each other for our convenience. The location is quiet and convenient to walk to the nearby shopping centre. The check in staff were very pleasant and extremely efficient, and it's always nice to see smiling faces when you first arrive. We were on the first floor and it was noticed that the hallways were lit but were still a little dark especially if your are of poor eyesight. The rooms were very clean and tidy but lacked any luxury furniture, for example, a comfortable arm chair would have been nice.. The bed was quite low to the floor and set in a wooden frame on all sides, however the mattress was reasonably comfortable but the duvet seemed like it was a little small for the double bed.The bathroom was very smart with good quality tiling and the shower worked very well. The shower was encased with two sliding doors which may give you a problem squeezing between them if you are a large person. Toiletries were standard and no plug fitted to the basin. There is no coffee machine, iron or ironing board in the room and the hotel instructions state that it is forbidden to take them into the hotel for safety reasons. The breakfast served on the ground floor was very nice and was typical of Polish tastes, sliced meat, cheese ,frankfurters and fried eggs, nice food with many accompaniments, salad ,toast etc. All in all a nice stay but not in luxury.
