  Beautiful location, super great food and nice staff

  Celebrated our anniversary at Bramslevgaard in a Superior room with spa, we bought afternoon coffee and cake, walked to Mariager Fjord as well as dined in their restaurant. The people at the hotel and restaurant where so nice and helpful both with putting together a great menu to our likings as well as a matching wine menu and they gave us a card with direction in how to walk a five km hike all in all that took us across the most beautiful terrain and a swin in the fjord. The food was excellent. The room was quit boring and unromantic :( but it was clean and simple had all that we needed. I guess they have to keep it boring for the conferences they also host ;) Warm recommendation from us!

  Cosy and quiet

  Nice hotell with a lovely location close to the water. The interior is very nice and cosy, the breakfast room reminds about an mansion from 1900, quiet and cosy! The rooms have lots of space and an modern and fresh interior. There is a small bar and restaurant in the hotel, they serve fresh and well cooked food. The owner is friendly and service minded.

  A pearl in the middle of nowhere

  It is easy to find, but you are in the countryside. Nice rooms with possibility of privacy in cosy areas in the building. The kitchen offers delicious food, so if you are a gourmand it is a place worth visiting. Add to that, that the hostes do everything to ensure you have a pleasent stay.

  A beautiful and special place

  We stayed at the hotel for two nights while visiting the area. The drive into the property is just amazing, with trees lining the long drive. You feel like you are approaching a distinguished country home. The staff was very welcoming to Americans who do not speak Danish. We loved that there were tables and chairs outside inviting guests to sit and enjoy their coffee in the morning or a drink at night. The rooms are not fancy or luxurious but comfortable enough and very clean. We stayed in an apartment with a double bed in the loft; the stairs are steep, be warned. A third bed was made up for my son on the ground floor. It was warm and the windows had to be open so a few bugs came in; no air conditioning. We had dinner the first night at the hotel and it was good but the servers did seem overwhelmed with a full dining room. The best part of all of it was the hike down to the fjord and the glorious surrounding countryside. I'd certainly stay again.

  Countryside hotel

  I spend five nights at that hotel for a business trip they have three different category of rooms 1 modern with wooden floor nice and clean 2 Classic with Carpet and old Non-refurbished and old bathroom 3 Townhouse Almost For me I like wooden floor and modern rooms The restaurant for the dinner was amazing they dont have much variety but is very tasty and always crowded they have three kind of dishes The location Far from everything you have to have a car to get there
