  First time, first wow

  On the airport we were taken by a new taxi on a medium price, we told the taximan to get us to the botanic parc hotel. It took about 10 minutes to get to the hotel. There is a fine service, at the entrance the miss hostess greeted us enthusiastically and propsed to of us a glass of water or juice. The rooms look nice, with good air conditioner, clean and fresh smells all around. This is excellent hotel for any type of travelers, at summer there is a lot of entertaiment and leisure, like a great swimming pool and cocktails at the terrace.

  Great place to stay

  I had some business to do in Chisinau a couple of weeks ago with my friends, and i spent 2 weeks there, the weather in Chisinau was not so good, but the place was very hospitable, the personal was great from my arrival till my last day, the style from their rooms just impressed me, it looks much better as in pictures, for me everyday that i spent there was like a party, good music, good food, cocktails, i enjoyed a lot the infrared sauna and the jacuzzi they have, thay also have a big swimming pool but im not so good at swimming so i didnt use it. Every morning a nice lady served us breakfast, the staf took care of us, so we had everything fine, and the prices were fair. Next time when i go back to Chisinau definetly i will pick this place to stay.

  Good value

  Stayed here for two nights June 2013. Helpfull staff, even though some of the staff didn`t speak any English. Also, not very responsive when e-mailing them ahead of my stay. I booked a taxi which was supposed to pick my up at the airport, but it never showed up. Anyway, a short taxi ride away fromt the airport (I booked one myself at the airport - no problem) you`ll find the hotel. Not very central, but quiet - and great pool. I had a good room, with a little balcony just over the pool. Don`t expect that you acan order the food they have in the menu - they didn`t have any of what I wanted. But the lady made me a nice sandwich instead. All in all - I would recommend the hotel, it`s good value, and the staff did their best.

  Well,definitely I will not come back.

  At the check in they are asking to pay all the stay in Lei,obviously we came around 10pm and luckily we exchanged some money at the airport and after paying we left just with some cash for the taxi in the morning. We booked a deluxe room and asked to be a smoking one.The reception gave us a family room with a balcony without letting us know that the deluxe rooms are more comfortable and the room is not secure as the balcony door was nit closing and the room near by was sharing it with us + that room wasn't ocuppued and the door was wide opened so anyone could get into our room. First morning we asked to have a wake up call and the reception forgot about us and when we came down was nobody there for a half of hour,so we haven't even the breakfast.We found out latter that the reception was sleeping in a room. We had to take a bus as it was no phone at the reception and we had no idea how to get a taxi. We asked as well to put our passports in a safe and reception said that they do have it,in fact he was keeping it in a wooden drawer. I was shocked!!!! In a few days we got to know that the room is not safe and we moved the room discovering already our deluxe which were much better. The breakfast was poor,croissants was a few days old or even week. Reception most of the time wasn't there and was totally unhelpful.They had even some repairs at 9pm. First room was full of dust and at least once they haven't came to make the bed or to clean the bath. Totally disappointed staying there one week,spending a lot of money and all we heard it's just some stupid apologies. I will never ever come back there and I was afraid to ask for any refund as we were the only people staying there and the attitude was already bad,could be even worse after complaining to them.

  horrible

  we came late after 5 pm we were asked to pay as soon as we entered the reception then went to the room nice presentation at first site,then we found out that there was no heating due to some repairs ( outside was cold and snowing as it was 24 of november 2015),when i complained i was given tree very old and electrically unsafe radiators to warm up the room as i could see my breath and it was really cold ,air con not working as well the shower cabin was leaking and there was water all over the shower room floor and also very unclean i could only have a small wash as i couldn't stand to have a shower in such unsanitized conditions and too cold to have a proper wash or shower ,bed-mattress was very cheap and uncomfortable i could see the springs and the blanket was very thin and also old looking not suitable for the time of the year and also definitely not suitable for a double bed ,bed linen i wonder now if it was changed at all (thing that gives me hibbegibbes and makes me cringe ).i would not ever stay there or recommend it to anyone ,also paid way too mooch for what i had to endure, thank got it was only one night.DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!
