  Quiero y no puedo

  La decoración de las habitaciones és muy exagerada. El servicio de desayuno es muy pobre por el precio que se paga, tanto el de la habitación como el desayuno. El trato siempre mejorable, el chico que nos atendio fue bastante desagradable. Si volvemos a la ciudad que nos gusto nunca volveremos a este hotel

  oh my god! Bliss by name...

  I thought I had reviewed Bliss. It was amazing. It is right at the back of the Nieuwe Kerk on tha main square. Amazing. Reception is halfway down the alley through the archway, leading to a square of coffee shops. Youthful reception staff turn out to be doing everything. \\up two flights of stairs to the room. I was surprised that she did not open the door for us, then we discovered why. AMAZING. All the rooms are suites, what greeted us was a beautifully made up bed to the right, bathroom (amazing) to the left and ahead,, well, all I remember was red. And a friend had sent us a bottle of bubbly, which nestled in an ice bucket. Amazing room. Book cases, a large TV with a classical music station paying, we never turned it off!, a couch, two beautiful armchairs and an eclectic range of books! Amazing! We had a view of the Kerk. Beautiful even n ght pouring rain. So we went for dinner in a nearby greek restaurants and on to the gig in the modern theatre, all within walking distance. We came back via the Cafe de Beyerd, one of my all time favourite drinking places and the memories were there waiting for our return. Breakfast: everyone else seems to have left before us! Service was lovely, understated, coffee Amazing! There was the usual continental breakfast and toast, wonderfully presented in a lovely room looking out onto the coffee shops square. Eggs, made to order. More coffee and we had to leave!!!! We will be back again. Amazing value too. Did I mention Amazing?

  Absolutely Amazing!

  My first stay at Bliss was quite simply perfect in every way! Travelling on business, however also visiting my boyfriend who I get to see every few months, so the little time spent together is really precious. On this occasion we had some special dates to celebrate (boyfriend's birthday, valentine's and our 1-year anniversary), hence the owner, Nadja offered us a free upgrade to the Wedding Suite which was gratefully appreciated, and what a beautiful suite it is! with large jacuzzi tub, double shower, remote fireplace and classical music playing, it was the most enjoyable stay ever. Bram and Naomi in particular were super fabulous as they were uber welcoming and amazingly decorated our room with real pink rose petals, lit candles all around and had a bottle of wine on ice for when we returned from the office - their efforts for sure way exceeded my expectations and for that I am most thankful to both of them! The setting was so perfect. We ordered dinner and breakfast to our room to make the most of our time together, and wow! The food, it's presentation and delivery by the wonderful staff was simply faultless. We had the steak which was melt-in-the mouth delicious, so good! Overall, this beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Breda is truly outstanding in absolutely every way therefore cannot recommend enough! Whether we got this level of attentiveness because it was our first stay, who knows...but we'll for sure be returning, and when we do I'll update this review with our next experience as a returning customer.   Wedding Suite

  We have stayed at the hotel 5 times. It is a treat and we always enjoy the exclusivity, design, breakfast and great location. This time we were upgraded to the Wedding Suite. This is both cosy and stunning in White. We loved the large double Jacuzzi, double shower room (two can shower at the same time) and big terrace under the Church spire.

  A little luxurious hidden gem

  We loved our stay at Bliss Boutique hotel. We arrived early but that was not an issue. Received a very warm welcome and without any fuss were allowed to check in early. We also received an upgrade to the Bridal suite. Which is a gorgeous room with a balcony, a whirlpool and lots of luxury amenities. Because of Covid we had our delicious breakfast served in the room. We had booked a late check out and stayed till the last minute because we did not want to leave! Cant wait to come back.
