  First Class!

  Arrived here 11th September for 2 weeks and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The layout of the grounds is amazing, beautifully maintained gardens, the accomodation is so nice and quiet, the village square with coffee house, the restaurant with good quality food, the bars, the great entertainment and work by the animation team, the beautiful pool and the temperature of the water was lovely, evening entertainment... they know how to put on some good shows with plenty of variety, the snacks and close proximity to the beach and warm sea ... this was a perfect stay in difficult times and the staff, were amazing, special thanks to Kerem in the bars who was so attentive! The place really does feel like a village and no real need to leave as everything is here unless you wish to do some trips. Had massages and the Turkish bath here and again, cannot fault. The staff did their utmost ro make sure everyone was safe from Covid ... plenty of hand sanitiser and masks, social distancing and felt completley safe here. Would definitley come back, this place lacks nothing and was an enjoyable restful stay! Thank you Felicia Village for an amazing holiday!

  Cracking holiday

  Firstly, reason I have given rating of 4 as the hotel room we stayed in was not to standard of furnishing we expected.. However, the gardens are beautiful and the hotel room was no higher than 1st floor.. Air conditioning and room amenities were good and we're very clean. During this awful covid period, the hotel has safely accommodated their guests.. Temp checks every evening before dinner.. Buffet is being served by staff, not ideal but understandable.. The grounds is fabulous. Pool is massive, clean and the animation team very entertaining. Plenty of sun beds, excellent all inclusive package however would like supper foods to be available.. Staff were pleasant and we had no concerns.. It was a last minute holiday and was much needed.. I would definately return.. There is shops 15 minute walk away, tourism is poor so it was empty.. No cafe or bars we could see.. The beach is shingle, excellent exfoliator for your feet.. The beach restaurant had a bar b que and the best tasting kebabs you will ever get to eat.. Overall a lovely family hotel and ideal couples getaway

  Wonderful hotel, fantastic holiday even during covid!

  I booked this hotel and flew out 2 days later on 26th Sept 2020 whilst Turkey was still in the travel corridor, unfortunately 36 hrs before we flew home the UK changed the rules, again! However, myself and my friend absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous hotel. We were delighted immediately on arrival. Reception staff greeted us eagerly despite it being late at night (Shout out to Erdal who went the extra mile for us) our cases were 'disinfected' prior to concierge taking them to our room for us. Reception area is very grand and welcoming. Our room was in a block of approximately 10 apartments, on 2 floors, we were on the top level. Our 1st impression was that the décor of the room was a little dated, but this made no difference to our stay at all. The bathroom was modern (1st time Ive been away and had a large shower cubicle as opposed to a shower over a bath tub). Large room space for the 2 of us with a sofa that came in useful. The ONLY negative I have with the rooms is that the bed was as solid as a board and did my back absolutely no favours but this is a personal preference, my friend didnt have any problems. Enough duvets & pillows for our comfort. The grounds were simply beautiful, gorgeously kept with every aspect looked after.Im not one to ever notice flowers but this hotel made you take notice of your surroundings, even the trees/bushes were carved out, on with the Turkish flag symbol. We used both main pools during our stay and was not disappointed by either. Worth noting though that the smaller adult pool was not manned whilst we were by it and was not an adult only pool, used by small children and their families as it had a separate kids area. The main pool was amazing, the sheer size of it meant you could swim freely and without being in anyone elses space. I did try out the slides which were great fun too! The was a separate childrens splash pool which I didnt visit but this seemed as well maintained as everywhere else. I could write for hours about how fantastic this hotel was. The food was fantastic, you simply couldnt go hungry if you tried! The afternoon pancakes/waffles were amazing as was the freshly cooked bread that a regular holiday maker told us about. Every member of staff was friendly, engaging and helpful. Yes it is true, they arent all fluent in English, but we got by. Perhaps we should learn more Turkish??? There werent many English holiday makers, definitely out numbered by Germans, Dutch and Russians. Needless to say, their etiquette differs greatly to the British.this is no reflection on the hotel. I highly recommend the peel/foam bath (Turksih bath) having haggled with the manager of the spa I got an amazing price and received the Turkish bath, face mask & 15 min bath massage for less than £30!! You will get and keep the best tan every after a Turkish bath so make sure you have it within the 1st couple of days after you arrive. Animation team did their best to keep you busy and entertained. I highly recommend the aqua aerobics; it was fun and was a great way to interact with other guests. I used the gym a couple of times (had to be booked via reception due to covid & number restrictions) this was cleaned every ½ hour by staff. The gym had everything you need for a great workoutunfortunately though both treadmills broke! I really cant think of many faults with this hotel. The only thing we noticed and subsequently raised with management was that entertainment staff didnt always announce information in English. This was noted and the next day we had more verbal announcements In English. The only thing that would put us off returning to this hotel is the location. It is PERFECT if you are happy to staff on site the whole time but we wanted to venture into the town, this is IMPOSSIBLE. I dont know if covid has reduced excursions/trips but there was no way of walking to a nearby town (you are just off an intersection/motorway). The hotel offered a mini bus to the local market on a Thursday which was 5euro return, about 15 mins away, the market was amazing and definitely worth a visit. I understand they also do a minibus to Side once a week, but this fell on the day we were going home so didnt get to go there. I would definitely recommend more minibus trips to the nearby towns if/when possible. All in all, you will not be disappointed with this hotel..if you are, there really is no pleasing some people!! Although I didnt travel with children there were a good handful at this hotel and they were more than catered for, own kids club, massive splash pool, water slides, football field, tennis courts..the list goes on.   Rest in Turkey

  Incredible hotel with cool animators, Organizers. A very good place to stay. There is a lot of entertainment, good and tasty food. There are slides and several pools, provided everything. There is a separate playground and swimming pool for children. Our safety is also taken care of: warn to put on masks before entering the room, smear your hands with an antiseptic. In general, the hotel is recommended!

  Fantastic Last minute 2020 holiday #COVIDsucks

  Safer than uk!! We had a fantastic week holiday , even tho the quarantine rules changed while we were away, it was worth it to sit in the sun, chill on the beach and listen to the sound of the sea. Hotel was lovely, cant actually think of anything to complain about. Breakfast, lunch and evening meal had plenty of variety, swimming pool area snack bar was tasty, afternoon ice cream/waffles/crepes bar broke up the afternoon and the beach bar food was also plentiful. No restrictions on drinks so if you met a group of friends you could take it on turns to get the round in . Nice to have glasses of an evening (daytime as well if staying near the bar) rather than plastic. We had the option for an al a carte meal and chose the grill restaurant. This place is the actual beach bar but presented so lovely youd never guess if blindfolded to it!! Food was nice, ambience was spot on and we had a romantic 24th wedding anniversary which they went the extra mile and had flowers on our table. Gardens were kept tidy and nice to wander around, pool areas and walkways were cleaned throughly each day at dusk with the ghostbuster man with the smoke gun for the mozzies. Room was up to standard , cleaned daily, towels changed on request, again no complaints. Staff for special mention that made the stay better: Anika from customer relations. Ali from TUI kids animation team. Pool bar evening staff. We hope to return one day.
