  Excelente servicio

  Hemos pasado unos 4 noches en este hotel y ha sido fantástico, el servicio es excelente, muy buena comida y sobre todo las instalaciones de Spa están muy bien. Nos ha gustado mucho y lo recomiendo a todo aquel que le guste la montaña y la tranquilidad. Éramos un grupo de 28 personas e incluso nos han hecho un descuento del 10%. Ha sido fantástico

  The perfect honeymoon!

  Incredible place! Only 3 minutes by bus (free bus in front of the hotel every 8/10) from Hintertuxer Gletscher; we left the car in a private parking at our arrival and then forgot it until we left. Cozy location and amazing rooms: ours was a suite with big balcony and full view on mountains on 6th floor, with a very comfortable double bed and a super bathroom. Restaurant with typical tirol dishes but not only, every day a different menu; we really appreciated breakfast, afternoon snack but most of all dinner time with always great choices. I asked for a vegetarian menu at our arrival and every evening I had different menu to chose. Great services, always handsome restaurant staff. Finally, I must spend a word for the Crystal Spa: this is the first reason why well sure come back one day. Big spaces, inner pool and outer Jacuzzi with comfortable beds at the side and a breathtaking view of mountains. Sauna and steam rooms both for textile and naked, with always great cleanliness, dry towels, drinks and snacks available for free. A special mention goes to Gabriela, the queen of the Spa for massages and beauty treatments: we tried basic facial treatment and after-sport massage and found them very relaxing and useful especially after a day of ski. A perfect honeymoon for us.

  A great hotel for a skiing break with a chance to recover in their fab spa

  The hotel is super welcoming, the staff are great, the food beautiful, the spa amazing, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, cleaned to perfection every morning ... This is the way to go skiing if the budget agrees ...

  Warm and friendly

  This is the third year in a row at this hotel and again we were not disappointed with the hotel, the staff or the room. Room was good size clean with daily maid service. All staff regardless of their role or position offer a hello when you pass. It is located toward the bottom end of the village but with the excellent bus free bus and regular bus service getting about wouldnt be a problem for anyone. We usually walk to the Penken 10 minutes but can feel and take a lot longer if you are fully kitted up. The food was as ever first class. A little disappointed that the jacuzzi has been removed but we did not use it every day.

  Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, efficient friendly staff.

  This is our second time at the Berghof and it will certainly not be our last. The hotel is beautifully presented, the staff are efficient, friendly and ensure our every need is met. The food is absolutely amazing, every meal was outstanding. The facilities in this hotel are incredible. After a tiring day of skiing the children enjoyed the swimming pool and outside jacuzzi. There is also an adult only spa area which has a really good selection of chill out areas, saunas and steam rooms. We have really enjoyed our time here and will look forward to our next visit. Thank you to all of the Berghof team x
