  Great stay

  Cute place in a beautiful valley! Room was nice and clean, view was great, the owners are super nice! The dinner was like a home cooked meal.. Breakfast had a good spread. Only thing I would mention is the bed is quite firm! Overall great stay!!

  Tranquil Surroundings with Warm Hospitality

  I chose to stay at the Bel Soggiorno for one night as part of my road trip through Italy. I wish I had stayed here longer! The hotel location is very picturesque with surrounding views of a valley and mountains. Throughout my short stay I was greeted warmly by the staff & family. The room was clean & spacious with a balcony on the second floor with a beautiful view. A table was specially waiting for me at dinner and I was offered a bespoke 3 course meal (vegetarian as requested) which was delicious. Breakfast was also great and plentiful. There were no communication barriers as all staff spoke at least English, German & Italian. If visiting the area again I will definitely stay for longer.

  Good hotel

  Nice family run hotel with good food and friendly owners, a good place to spend couple of days in relax and enjoy the town of Fondo. I only give 4 stars because I think they should put a swimming pool and a bigger wellness center .

  Family run hotel with perfect view from the room and friendly owner

  Family run hotel with perfect view from the room and friendly owner. Hotel is rather big as normally guesthouses of this type are much smaller (even elevator is inside). Enough parking spaces nearby. Territory around the hotel is very neat, clean and well maintained. Breakfast is rather poor for the countryside hotel even though you find the choice of different cakes. Room is big, several light sources and enough place for storage. Bed is not really comfortable, too low and too hard. Bathroom is ok but a little bit dated and some things have to be fixed. Cleaning should be improved. Wifi connection is more or less acceptable but sometimes the signal is lost and speed decrease enormously.

  It was good but not as good as the reviews suggested

  Check-in was weird we just got the key, no further explanation about breakfast, dinner, wellness etc so we had to ask everything. Room was clean but they use these old fashioned blankets that I personally dont think is very hygienic. Bathroom was really small but clean. Breakfast was excellent but dinner was really poor compared to all other dinners we had in Italy. All signing was in Italian so we didn't understand the rules about wellness and use of them (especially during Covid-19) so unfortunately we could not use this although it looked really nice. Also the pool! I would recommend to use also English/German language and explain a bit more at the check-in process to give a better service to visitors.
