  No idea what the the others are talking about?!?

  Just returned from a fabulous stay at the bellevue with my family! Upon arrival we were somewhat dubious considering the previous reviews however we experienced nothing that the other reviewers have written about. The front desk were polite and welcoming, we were shown to our room which was a large inter-connecting room which was perfect for the children. Initially there was a single bed and cot in the room but that was soon sorted upon request and the cot changed for another single for our 3 yr old. The maid was very accomodating and friendly as were all the staff in the hotel : always greeted with a 'buongiorno' or ' buona sera'! The swimming pool was clean and large, perfect area for the little ones. The beach was as expected for July in Milano Marittima, busy but far less congested then some areas further up towards the centre, We paid extra for beds in the 3rd row, well worth the additional 43 euros. The restaurant was a gasronomical experience every night : anyone who has a bad thing to say about the food must be crazy! The waiting staff were attentive and helpful and the maitre d' sorted our table to be nearer another table of friends arriving the next day without any issue, although I'm sure it must have caused him some headache. Anyone who has a moan about the hotel is either unbelievably spoilt or expecting something for nothing. We considered the cost of the week reasonable for a family of four although drinks were slightly expensive but then so is Italy in general!! We would return and we would thoroughly recommend. this hotel. Having stayed in luxury accomadation many times this is a 4* hotel, maybe not in decor and it doesn't have the lastest mod cons, but for food, location, cleanliness and service it is deserving of its 4*s, especially in Italy where maybe a lot of 4*hotels should really be 3*s!

  Ideal place for relax

  I want to thank you for my staying there. It was a week with my father to relax and traveling. The location is very comfortable because we visited Firenze, Vennise and lots of other famous cities. Our hotel was near the 'Cervia' station-it's good. Although, we could go to our beach(clean and free). Our room was always clean. I think that you have 4* only because your breakfast always the same and your "beach boss" is not intelligent. I want to visit you again with all of my friends and family. Thank your managers!

  No 4 star hotel :-(

  We did book this hotel throug Booking.com. Was said to be 4 star hotel........but for our oppinion not wourth more then 2 stars. Very old, really need to pop up and refurnish everything and not cosy at all. Staff where friendly but did not see the overrated stars of the hotel. We could not or would not accsept this so we paid for one night og six which we would not use anyway, found we where trapped in a hotel were unforcomfortible at stay in. OVERRATED!!! That is what you can get from bookin.com
