  El hotel mentiroso

  Este es un hotel mentiroso, puesto al primera vista todo te parece muy bonito, incluso en las fotos. Pero tiene grandes inconvenientes, no son personas amables que te ayuden, luego tiene un servicio en el desayuno y comida mediocre,Como si fueras una persona rara durente toda la estancia por no saber hablar correctamente italiano. No tiene en el cuarto de baño ningun tipo de desinfeccion ni nada parecido. Las mañanas eran insoportables, se ecuchaba muchisimo ruido de las demas habitaciones y de los trabajadores a las 8:00 AM. En cuatro dias de alojamiento no nos repusieron ni las botellas de agua, teniendo que beber agua de grifo que estaba muy mala. Y lo peor de todo es que en este hotel nis robaron 100 euros por la cara. puesto que la reserva era de 300 euros y me cobraron 400 euros mas sin posibilidad de reclamar. Yo creo que este hotel no se merece tener 4 estrellas, sino como mucho 3 estrellas.

  Disappointed

  Very shabby, needs huge refurbishment,over-priced, food under par, a salad out of a bag tuna out of a tin no egg no olives was called nicoise & 9.50! Breakfast staff very friendly. Sadly we wont be returning again.

  Great location on the lake

  Great location on the lake. The hotel room was very basic and the decor needed modernising however the room and hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the hotel staff were very accommodating with supplying baby facilities such as a travel cot, changing mat and baby bath at no extra charge which was brilliant. The hotel pool was a lot quieter than the splash pool which made it ideal for toddlers, especially as half the pool is knee height. There was a range of foods for breakfast consisting of cereals, rolls, fruit, yogurts, eggs and bacon. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with any requests. Children cutlery is available too and disposable bibs which was handy. There is plenty of entertainment for children in the adjoining campsite. We also went on the small land train to Peschiera town centre and also got the ferry to other resorts along the lake on day which was easy and fun with a little one.

  Fantastic holiday

  Very sad to be leaving here tomorrow we have had an amazing time from hiring a boat , a car to cable carts , Venice , Verona we have had an amazing time . The hotel is typical Italian and not ur normal four star luxury hotel but I would def come back and highly recommend . Hotel is spotless staff work hard to keep it clean . All the staff from checkin to restaurant staff amazing and couldnt be more helpful . Breakfast is lovely and lots of choice , we have done all inclusive the last four holidays and was worried but food and cakes (homemade cakes ) beautiful . Locanda on-site restaurant was our favourite. Hotel next to campsite and you have full use but was a bit too busy for us. Other facilities are great like supermarket and there are some other little shops. Thank you Bella Italia we will be back

  This is so far from 4 stars

  We stayed at Hotel Bella Italia first and foremost due to a planned visit to Gardaland amusement park. There is one giant plus; The hotel restaurant - Locanda. Great food and great staff. This is the closest thing at the hotel worth receiving 4 stars. The rest is unfortunatly simply not good enough. They charge a lot to stay at this hotel, but due to the advertized 4 stars we thought it were going to be worth it - Its NOT. You are trapped in a corner of one of Europas largest camping areas, which is nothing I relate to 4 star hotels. The hotel is worn down like some other Italian hotels, but nothing had been done here for several decades, and nothing was compensating. They have an OK poolbar with a staff that got friendlier by the days. They have a nice looking pool area, but a pool that maxes at 120cm debth seems weird. Its also weird that the pool closes at 7 oclock. We had a nice stay, but when expecting due to the hotels 4 stars, and receiving something different, you get disappointed. This is a 2, max 3 star hotel. Garda will always attract turists, so tell the truth, not a photoshopped image of something you are not. You cant put a bad prosecco at the breakfast and claim 1,5 star more than you deliver to the guests. I only found it worthy to take photos of 2 different courses on the menu. The hotel is neither snap or insta «worthy».
