  Okay kind of stay

  My wife and I stayed there on 25th December 2019. As it was season, the charges were a bit high. One thing to note is that there is no car parking space for them. We had to park our car in a public parking space and we have to pay for it too. The room was neat. Bathroom too. Had a bathing tub as well. But as tagged, the balcony was not private. I don't think that they have any room with a private balcony. The air conditioner in my room was not working properly and there were voltage fluctuations. They served breakfast which was not complimentary but the food was good. Overall I got the feeling of an average hotel experience there.

  Clean, neat hotel for low- budget travellers

  BEST VIEW OF THE LIGHT HOUSE FROM THIS HOTEL. Generous and helpful staff. The only negative is that the rooms need to be upgraded with new appliances (Fridge, A/C, microwave oven and a geyser) .......

  Pathetic and absolutely ridiculous behaviour of the staff

  The one star I gave this hotel is simply for the view it has to offer. That's the only saving grace. Apart from that I would give it a negative rating in everything..starting from the behaviour of the staff, the maintenance of the hotel, the sick and dirty wash rooms and bed linens, the non working acs, the refusal to give a mineral water bottle per person as per standard hotel rules, the refusal to carry luggage, asking for money for every pity thing. I could go on and on and on. Please do not book this hotel.

  Budget stay worth for money

  We family of 5 spent 2 days good service and comfortable rooms near the beach no food but nearby restaurants are plenty.pleasant stay, nice hospitality no vehicle parking need to walk from light house gate 500meters with luggage to reach the hotel

  An excellent budget hotel

  I arrived here after a 30 hour journey and was really pleasantly surprised. The room was a good size, bright, comfortable and clean. I had an upstairs room which was better because my friends downstairs complained that the room was dark and there was noise from the kitchen. Once the odd check in process had happened the rest of the stay was very comfortable. Youll get told that their photocopier doesnt work and theyll want to keep your passport. We found this all over India, dont leave it, tell them to photograph what they need. The cafe and restaurant under the accommodation has fantastic sea views, EXCELLENT breakfast and dinner and is very good value. My only concern was that the sea has a strong undercurrent but it might just have been the time of year.
