  Deceptive appearence

  The hotel and rooms looked a bit worn out. But the servise that we received was amasing! Bus from Jesolos bus station goes right by front of the hotel. So it was really easy to find. Girl befind the front desk was so nice and helpful in everything that we asked and needed to know. I cant praise her enough. I have a gluten free diet, and I asked before the trip through e-mail if they are prepared to offer me any breakfast. And they were. It was so great. "Senza glutine" Theres allso a dinner at the hotel, but we didn't take that. We ate outside every night. Alltought the dinner at the hotel look really nice. U just have order it beforehand. Hotel has a few bikes that U can use free of charge. We used those bikes for a one whole day and explored the Lido. Hotel has its own beach chairs on the Lido's beach. Theres just a short walk there. And the rooms. They were outdated. But clean and U had U'r privasy. Our room had a huge balcony, our friends room had a small balcony. Our friends had a roomy toilet, we didn't. At first I was so skeptic about the hotel. But after staying there and after being recieved that service I would go back!

  what a disaster

  We booked a room and we didn't know that it was at the mansard, even if it was written on the reservation(our fault). But the main problem was after that. We push the hotel to change the room(at the moment when we asked our room to be changed we didn't know that we booked a mansard room even if it was written on the booking). The lady at the reception was so low regarding English that she didn't know to explain that we have the room that we booked and we where thinking that we end up there at her own will. It was taking us around 30 minutes to understand that the issue was our and not her and all this because of poor English. In that time of 30 minutes both she and us raised the voice and again, because she didn't understand English she reported us to the security and to some manager saying that we threaten her and of course it was not the case. The manager speak to us very badly. Meanwhile we understood that we received what we booked. Anyway, that room was more some kind of small warehouse. At one of the side the height was around 80cm and at the other around 250cm but the average height of the room was around 180cm. In the area where our luggage was the height was between 180 and 80cm and I have to tell you that we hit the roof with the head at least 20 times in that 2 days there. That was not a room...they shouldn't sell that warehouse as a room in the first place Another thing: we where late to the breakfast one day with around 5 minutes and they didn't want to accept that and they didn't allow our breakfast. I said to him that I don't want to prepare scrambled eggs or something and that means that we will not consume their time and all that we want is to have some cheese and other things from the table. They didn't want to accept that because we where late. Never in my life had something like this. Anyway, I think it was one of the worse experience in a hotel, maybe the worse and as a general view of the Jesolo is that everything was substandard: the beach amenities, the sea water, restaurants, everything. I will never go back to Jesolo not even for free.

  Amazing hotel close to the beach and friendliest people!

  Me and my boyfriend stayed at the beach 2 hotel and had the best time! The location is amazing, super close to the beach, approximately 4 minute walk (and the hotel has spots at the beach with a bed and a parasol you can use, for free!!). Also close to Milano Square which has some nice entertainment during the evening. The people behind the desk, a brother and sister are so friendly! Always open for a chat, and are happy to help you with anything; from restaurant recommendations to tips for a trip to venice etc. The rooms were nice and clean, beds were fine. Housekeeping did an excellent job and was also super friendly, she even put rose petals on our bed, how cute! The guests were mainly couples, so no screaming children (perfect). The breakfast was also good and had a proper amount of variety. All together, we had a great experience over here and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

  Totalmente recomendable

  Excelente estancia de 8 días en hotel mediano de playa; a destacar la atención del personal, amable, servicial y eficiente 100%. buena ubicación, con espacio propio en la playa, con tumbona y parasol, aparcamiento; desayuno muy correcto. Ah¡ y muy importante, sabanas de algodón¡¡¡

  Good stay at good Price with super breakfast

  We stay in this Family simple hotel one year ago, good Price with lovely staff. The beach is 2 minute Walk and the main street Full of Restaurant and Shops Breakfast delicius wich fresch fruit,ham, eggs, Cheese, yogurt ,coffe..... Wi-Fi super fast I Hope Return back in the Future Thanks at all staff
