  Tranquilidad, vistas y buen servicio.

  Lugar ideal para conocer la zona de Berchtesgaden. A 5 minutos de Berchtesgaden, Köningsee o Kehlsteinhaus (Nido de las Águilas). Personal muy atento. La chica de recepción nos atendió magnificamente. Pusieron a nuestra disposición dos tarjetas turísticas de la zona de Berchtesgaden de manera totalmente gratuita. El edificio, construcción típica de Baviera. Habitación muy grande de tipo rústico. La nuestra tenía terraza que daba a otro edificio pero conservaba alguna que otra vista. Ideal para tomar algo al anochecer. Wi-Fi perfectamente operativa.

  Very Pleasant and Hospitable.

  My wife and I requested a room in the new section because of a review on Trip Advisor.(Room 102) The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows are next to nothing so we request 2 more pillows, which the management quickly supplied. The TV would have been great if we spoke German because there are no other stations except German stations. It would have been nice to have one or two English speaking stations. ie news/weather. But the highlight of this hotel is the personal. Very nice people and very helpful. The restaurant that is part of the hotel is very nice with great food and service. There is a transport from the Salzburg airport to the hotel for 40 euros.Parking is avalable but there is a bus stop right outside the front door. Of I forgot...the breakfast was also very nice. There are plenty to choose from but they didn't have pancakes, waffles, or omlettes. But it was a very nice European breakfast with excellant service.

  Good Roms, but noisy

  Friendly Hotel with a mix of German-speaking and Russian-speaking guests. The room in the new building was spacious, clean and in very good condition and had a small terrace looking to the West. Large bathroom. However, some nights it was difficult to catch enough sleep, because guests in neighbouring rooms were talking loudly until night (walls seem to be thin) or kept on sitting and talking loudly on their terraces and balconies above. Noisy corridors. The restaurant had to operate under COVID-19-restrictions, which was well organised (staff wore face masks, few guests admitted, no self-service buffet). However, most of the restaurant staff did not give the impression of being trained professionals.

  Cute hotel and nice people

  Was a good experience and the breakfast was very good. Close to the national park - around 40 minutes walk. Didnt have time to try the sauna and pool. Would not wait for the bus there, but walk, as we never saw one bus while there.

  Hotel with great mountain views

  The hotel is walking distance from the Koenigssee and a quick drive from Berchtesgaden. From the moment we checked in, I really enjoyed this hotel. The woman attending the front desk was new but could not have been more sweet. The building itself and the decor had a very authentic feel to it. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. We had a balcony that overlooked the valley and surrounding mountains. The breakfast in the morning was great. I would gladly stay here again.
