  Hotel at Taman Mount Austin

  Hotel Austin Paradise is a three-storey high hotel. it costs us RM180 for a night stay. The room was small but pretty decent with the basic modern amenities cater to our needs for having a comfortable stay. The only thing I dislike the control of shower tap, step aside when you turn on the water because the water could be boiling hot. Try to adjust to the optimum temperature before using.

  Not a good start during check-in but comfy stay

  1 night stay in Superior Deluxe Room, the bed was comfortable for me and my partner, got a good night rest. But it was awkward during check-in, it took some time to verify my reservations, even after I showed him he still ask for more details. It just takes too long but I don't blame his carefulness, but the room attendant was very attentive. Along the hotel, it is convenient as there are a few restaurants and pubs and just further down the road there's McDonaold's. Overall it is a clean and nice hotel but due to the pubs close by you could actually hear the music and the vibration.

  Basically clen and nice but aircondition bad and bathroom without place to hang towel

  the room was nice and clean but the airconditioner was not functioning properly. Furthermore bathroom did not have any hooks for hanging towels and clothes. Complained to reception when I checked out but he just ignored what I said

  nice n good budget hotel

  it far from town area, but near to ikea, jacso and tesco also hospital. it place at austin park ( taman austin) over there a lot shop lot but mostly for non halal food, over there also have theme park it quiet fun to play it. the room nice,clean and easy to find it. only the best part is when night time come, the club near the hotel make it noise until 3 am, so you can hear very loud sound from the club.

  Not even a "paradise" hotel, it's like "hell"

  First,the smell of cigarette extremely strong. Second, when comes to late night,it was so noisy. The noise comes from a pub/karaoke. It's 3.23am the noise still there. The speaker volume so loud! It was a nightmare for me!
