One of the best hotels in JesoloFrom the very start of our vacation we planned this hotel. We stayed many times before in Jesolo and wanted to have a cosy rest, finally we gained what we wanted. Hotel has many advantages , such as good location, service, beach, pools, bikes ... In addition it's one of the oldest hotels which has own history, traditions + recently was reconstructed. The staff is really professional and nice . Thank you .

Just like on the websiteWe would like to say thank you to this hotel as everything was really the same as expected or even better. The Pearl suite is just like on the photos. Nice and spacious. A big thank you for the housekeeping staff. They came twice a day and kept our room very very clean. Another big recognition as well to the man preparing every day in the morning the crèpes and omlettes. The water temperature in the swimming pools were quite warm what was great for the kids. The location is very good - bars, restaurant, shops and even Aqualandia is very close. The only little negative experience we had were the waiters (not all speaks English, and we had to wait a bit long). But all the other even the staff at the pool were very kind and helpful.

Another wonderful stayWe booked this hotel again this year for a 10 night stay beginning 8th July. We managed to leave England as our government restrictions due to Covid 19, were lifted. The hotel had worked hard to make everywhere as safe as possible. Masks were worn by all staff, and guests were encouraged to wear face masks in all the public areas. There were lots of hand gel stations around the public areas and by the lifts. The buffet breakfast was screened off, and the staff served you, apart from pre packed food which you could help yourself to. Apart from these safety measures, the hotel was as welcoming and as efficient as it had been 2 years ago when we stayed. The dinner menu is very comprehensive and gives you a choice of 4 starters and mains. There is also a choice of desserts, cheeses and a salad buffet, served to you by the staff. Again, our two rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and checked over in the evening. We chose to eat out one evening, informed the hotel well in advance, and the dinner price was taken off the bill. Lunch is available at an extra cost on the front terrace. I noticed lunch was very busy on the Sunday and found out that many locals dine out here on a Sunday which speaks volumes about the food and service. All in all, an excellent holiday and we plan to return next year. Thank you Hotel Aurora and staff.

PerfectionHave been holidaying in Jesolo for over 15 years and have often walked past this hotel and commented how lovely it appeared. This year we decided to book for 10 nights and we were not disappointed. The booking was easy and the office staff very friendly and helpful. On arrival we were given a warm welcome and all our questions were answered. There was 4 in our group and 2 of us chose to pay to book 2 sun beds around the pool. We were given a clean pool towel everyday. The other 2 chose sun beds on the beach and these were reserved for the 10 days at no extra cost. We chose half board and the breakfast and evening meal were both excellent. A big thank you to Claudio for cooking eggs in sweltering heat and politely listening to my attempts at Italian conversation. Also a big thank you to Rocco for entertaining us at dinner and also the female waitresses whose names I have forgotten. Sorry. Also to Loris and the female bar staff for making the best Bellinis ever! The rooms were serviced twice a day to an immaculate standard. Parking is tight but we only ventured out one day so that wasn't an issue. The hotel puts on entertainment most evenings but we went for a passeggiata instead. The tourist train stops in piazza Aurora so if you time it right you can go up to piazza casa bianca and then get the next train to go further. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Aqualandia. We hope to return to this wonderful hotel when we next holiday in Lido de Jesolo.
