  Falta la plancha

  Definitivamente es un hotel de playa. No tenía plancha y tuve que irme arrugado. Elpalomar que me dieron está bien cuando estás de negocios pero no sirve para una pareja ya que deja mucho que desear. La Internet en esta parte del hotel no es buena y de hecho me costó 30 minutos subir esta opinión. El desayuno es muy bueno y la atención también. Recomendado para descansar pero para negocios deben haber otros mejores.

  Excellent

  All the staff is very polite. The front desk was professional and supportive. The housekeeping was discreet and the room clean. The waiters and restaurant manager were very attentitive. The food in the restaurant is tasty. The staff at the beach bar was very friendly. And they serve good drinks, too. The beach is nice and clean. The garden area, pool and terrace under the wisteria are well-kept and make a nice atmosphere. Altogether it was a relaxing stay.

  Another fabulous stay

  The refurbishment is complete (bar the beach). The staff and food remain a highlight. A great post-lockdown holiday. It would be nice to see the beach and villa refurbished too but we can see that being put off under current circumstance.

  2nd VISIT AND STILL LOVE THE HOTEL AURELIA !!

  Visited in August 2019 with our kids / grand-kids and said we would return this year ...we did and had another splendid and enjoyable week. Given how the world has changed and attitude to travel, as a family we spent weeks debating should we / shouldn't we travel, with many being quite negative to travelling abroad even to those places with air bridges - but in the end we said YES and we are so pleased we did!!!!! Once again our room was clean, comfortable, cool with a superb modern bathroom. As mentioned by others, the breakfast buffet is a pure highlight and although you cant serve yourself there is absolutely no scrimping on the amount of food they give you .....in fact, too much at times. The ladies who serve drinks in the garden are really helpful and friendly especially with the kids and a lovely touch this year was being served free ice cream from a trolley on one of the evenings that they had entertainment on the terrace. Last year, my only negative was that i felt the shower and toilet by the swimming pool could have been attended to a little more often and kept cleaner, but sadly this hasn't happened or in the areas behind the sunbeds, which we did mention to the front desk on numerous occasions. But this really is a small negative and certainly hasn't put me off and ready to book for the same time next year. Finally, for others reading this, the covid rules for the hotel and surrounding areas are as follows: Masks have to be worn whilst walking through the hotel reception and of course whilst queuing in the restaurant for the served buffet breakfast. In Cervia and Milano Marittima, masks were worn by some and especially where there were large gatherings of people (like markets) and of course in all shops, but it was as near normal as circumstances allow. Looking forward to next year already.....as you can tell, i heartily recommend this hotel for those with young families.

  Absolutely Excellent

  I just have to say that this location is perfect also in fall winter! Staff really welcoming and rooms clean and spacious. The restaurant is above the line with tasty fish, I also underline the skills of the metre Mr. Marastoni. I strongly suggest this hotel during the whole year!
