  Never again

  Closely located near an autobahn, this hotel is very charming from the outside: multiple geraniums gracing each window in typical Alsace fashion, cute overall. However, that's where the niceness ends. From the reception area to the dining room, the service was less than stellar. It was very difficult to get attention from any staff member. While the free wifi was very good, we were issued a login and password that expired every 5 hours. Very inconvenient to have to traipse down to reception to get another set of login credentials, particularly after 2200 and before 0700. The hotel has no lobby so we found ourselves congregating in the breakfast room. Speaking of breakfast, it was less than memorable. Not worth the 9 euro. Go into town to some charming place. Avoid breakfast here. The hotel is 2km fom the center of town. My recommendation would be to go to another hotel, perhaps the Hotel Dontenville instead. It IS charming and seems to be priced nicely.

  Poor hotel with very good breakfast

  We spend one night here with a couple of friends, because there was no chance to get 9 double rooms anywhere nearby. Very average hotel near the highway, very noisy, without air con, awful smell in the room. The hotel itself is dated, the restaurant serves substandard meal for dinner, but the breakfast as the one only issue was very good. Overpriced compared to the service you get for your money.

  Alsace excursion

  The hotel is adequate but the furniture in the rooms are outdated. I saw a calendar when I checked in that showed renovations were scheduled but I am not sure if renovations are in this hotel or the one next door that are under the same ownership. The breakfast is worth the 9 Euros. We had a dinner meal in the restaurant and truly enjoyed the food. Prices were reasonable and the food was something to remember.

  Beautiful hotel

  We booked through hotels.com about 7 months before our arrival. The hotel didn't have our reservation and they were full up. Thankfully, they also own a neighboring hotel, Hotel Cigoland, which is basically in the same parking lot. Although that hotel is a 3 star and more expensive, they had rooms available and put us up for our stay. They honored the original price quoted even if it was based on last years price structure without our asking. Very nice hotel, great staff, modern and beautiful. We are so pleased that they saved the day for us. The restaurant there was very reasonable and the staff were amazing. Thank you for making it such a great visit.

  Potemkin hotel

  Looked nice, but was a worndown, not very clean hotel, with a unfriendly restaurant. And when we arrived after a long day, it smelled like a pig farm outside... The beds where ok, but in the heat combined with the smell outside, it was hot... The breakfast was ok and friendly, but absolutely not anything special..
