    Relaxing Stay

We stayed at this hotel during the third week of September after the hotel we had originally booked closed and transferred our booking here. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel is spotlessly clean, well cared for and the staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. This hotel is on the hillside but there's a free shuttle bus several times daily to and from Pefkohori, or about a 15 minutes walk. The hotel was operating at low capacity due to the ongoing Covid pandemic so it was very peaceful and the staff were genuinely pleased to see us. There was a scaled down food selection because of this but it was all delicious. This isn't a hotel for people with poor mobility but I would definitely recommend it...thanks to all of the staff!

Good and bad Id give a 3.5

Just got back from an amazing week in Greece. We stayed at this hotel which for me has a mix of good and bad things. I will get the worse out of the way. The food was not the best. breakfast was ok. You get a choice of meats and cheeses, it alternates from bacon and grilled ham which was not nice when it was hard. Mini hot dog sausages and sliced sausages which were really nice. Scrambled egg with ham, sausage and some days vegetables which was good. Beans and mushrooms on some days. Greek yoghurt with oats and fruit. Not too much of a variety. Lunch time. There was a small salad bar, nice potato salad. Everyday there was spaghetti Bolognese. There was chicken and pork as well. There was then a choice of 2 cakes and fruit. We didnt have lunch very often here because of the options. Dinner time. There was salad again, bolognese again and then chicken, pork, chips, meatballs. Meatballs were nice, chicken and pork was not great. Again with it being quite repetitive we didnt eat dinner often. If you like Bolognese everyday then this is the place for you. Snacks. There were only ham and cheese rolls and sandwiches, cakes and ice cream. This was quite disappointing although the rolls were really good. It does state they do burgers and hotdogs which is why I was disappointed. The other downfall to this place was the drinks selection. With all inclusive you only had a choice of cocktail of the day for the cocktails. Usually you get a few to choose from but not here. The soft drinks were not very nice either, just like drinking the cheap brands in the uk. The iced coffee is probably the best iced coffee Ive had though. Entertainment was not at its best, a Greek quiz and Europe quiz but then the karaoke was a real good laugh. The two reps who did the entertainment were very good as well. Onto the better things for this hotel. Staff were very helpful, easy to understand and interact with. The rooms were extremely clean with a fridge which was good to have. The local beer was also nice and went down very well. The hotel is situated on a hill from the main village but dont let that put you off as there is a free hotel shuttle bus and a taxi is 4euros one way. Im not sure if I would return to this hotel, not for all inclusive anyway. If they gave more options for food and a range of inclusive cocktails then Id definitely go again as it was a really nice hotel. Id also like to wish the whole hotel team the best and to stay safe, maybe see you again.

    Relaxing holiday

Left this lovely hotel on the 12th October after a very relaxing 10 days. Staff were really friendly. The food was ok due to the current circumstances and always found something we liked. The hotel was kept clean all the time. Only slight complaint is they could have had a kettle in the room. Also not ideal for anyone with disabilities as rooms on three floors and no lifts. Nikos the driver is brilliant taking you to and from the beach. Would stay here again

    Horrible customer service!

We got in late from a rerouted flight and asked when the shuttles were going back to the airport the next morning so we could plan our time. The front desk person seemed new and said the shuttles were every hour but then her manager got on the phone with us and said that there would be 3 shuttles running at least every 1/2 hour because they had several late flights coming in and going back out in the morning. We came out at 8:25 am to catch the bus and the front desk people said its only every hour and basically called me a liar that no one would have told me what they did and there was no manager to talk to and they were no help. Totally rude and unprofessional! Thank God for Uber as we had to call one.
