  poor managemnet

  One of so better I can say it is in city center but not defend, so noisy place.You would be looser if you decide stay here! we booked through our guide and were quoted a price that we agreed on, when we checked the price the day before check out they said they were no longer able to honor the price and added 20 dollars to each room. When we checked out a further 10 dollar was added due to over night inflation!!!! The reception staff are rude and unhelpful So poor management, clean-less rooms, especially bathrooms.

  So upset!

  Before I decide to visit this Hotel, read all reviews people from all around the world, reviews was not excellent but good for 3* accommodation, price was available and reserve! But I reduced to despair meet to reality, as it turned out, now hotel is managed by Iran people, So that hotel were crowded peoples from Iran, which caused so noisy and disorder. So loud Iran music in reception and horrible smell of Hookah around territory. so, management is not qualified!

  Great budget hotel

  Staffs were very accommodating and allowed early check in for us. Great find for the cheap price but with large room and spacious bathroom. Location is excellent and short walking distance to the square where you can find all shops and restaurants.

  good hotel in tbilisi

  i'm surprised about this hotel, I can't imagine if this hotel be amazing , just trust me and booked this hotel and don't express regret, my trip is amazing i saw many good places where i took photos..

  Disgusting toilet and poor customer service

  I believe that the rooms at the main hotel is better than the rooms outside which looks like a cabins. It was the worst hotel I ever had! After the tiring flight, I discovered that my room has smelly toilet, broken door and pillows without case. I was so tired to complain so I chose to find solution myself and covered the pillow with the extra towels I had. In the morning, I informed the situation to the receptionist and requested to changed my room but she just ignored me that I had to ask twice again before answering that it is not possible because they were fully booked! I had no choice but to stay 4 nights in that terrible room! The restaurant is small that if you get late, you will only have apples to eat and seat in the table full of mess because there was only 1 staff attending everything. I again informed the receptionist about this complain when I checked out but they did not apologize or do further action. So that's it..I will never come back again to this hotel! (P.S: I have photos of toilet and my room as a proof but I did not post it here).
