Very nice and good value for the price you pay
To arive at the hotel prom the airport was a long time by train but was not bad.The hotel is 200m from the subway station. The front of the hotel looks very rich and made me happy since I like architecture. Inside is the same, good size rooms and everything you need, including a washing machine and kitchen with all the tools. The staf is very nice and helpful. The 6 days I spent here I enjoy it very much. There is a very beautiful terrace with the sacura tree and ready for party.

Good for families
It was conveniently located in Kangnam and easy to visit my business destinations, and also a KAL limousine bus from/to Incheon Airport is located right in front of the hotel. But Im not too sure if Ill come back here if its for business. People at reception were just staring at me while Im struggling to enter the hotel with two suitcases. I felt embarrassed being watched like that. The room was spacious and has absolutely everything. A huge fridge, kitchen with a microwave & kettle. A washing machine, even. No bath tub but thats ok. A hair dryer. Enough towels. A couch. But it was too loud outside day & night. Not sound proofed so I wish Ive brought ear plugs. The TV was too loud even at the minimum volume. Eventually gave up watching because I started having headache. I really appreciated that theres a convenience store on the ground level. But Ill probably stay at Imperial Palace the next time if its for business. The staff there were really helpful and friendly. If its a family trip, Artnuveau Hotel would be a good choice.

They have a bear minimum gym that is tuck away in the parking garage. It can be cold down there. The jewel of that gym is their massage chair. They do make the beds, change the towels and refill coffee/tea/water bottles daily but the cleanness of room is below par. Their breakfast is good if you stay a few days. They never change. The room is perfect for two people. The location is good but not great as it will take several minutes to reach Gangnam. Filthy Hotel still living in the 80s and 90s.
Checked in and wanted to take a shower and found the rain shower head to be riddled with green mould and dust on the top. Shower stall was super small. Then when I wanted to use their bath towel, there was a strand of long hair in it (pic #3). Gross but no choice and had to use it as they only provided 1 small bath towel. Then when I wanted to try out the bed, under the pillow was a long strand of hair again!!! And on the bedsheet also another strand of hair!!! The couch was old and the room design is so tacky and outdated. The yellow lights in the Crystal room made the atmosphere even more dull. TV channels were also all in Korean. No English channels available and those that have English movies are all VoD which you have to pay for. The counter top at the sink was also non existant. Just a 10cm top to put a shaver, tooth brush or toothpaste. Their toilet roll was also thin and rough. One of the most cheapest quality toilet roll you can find. I bet you cannot even find this kind of poor quality toilet rolls in emart or any of the supermarkets around Korea. Plus there was no wall plugs available to use by the bed or by the couch. The only one was behind the TV which was dusty and already filled with so many cables you would be lucky if you could get your plug in. I booked this room for 3 nights but checked out the same night I checked in after the hairs fiasco. Just a sorry from the front reception and nothing else. No compensation at all, nothing even after showing them the pictures. Plus, the taxi drivers from the airport did not even know of this hotel even though its in a good location. Please avoid this place like the plague if you care for your own hygiene.

Warm and cozy room atmosphere
Located on the main road, this is one of the hotels that I like the most during our vacation in Seoul, because the rooms are spacious and warm, funiture made of wood makes it feel like home, if we go to Seoul again we want to stay at this hotel again.
