  A Pleasant Stay Indeed

  This is not that fancy hotel some would choose whilst in Tagaytay. Being busy with work, and having spent much in traffic, we're able to reach the hotel at night. We were thrilled to have been allowed to stay for twelve (12) hours only. The interiors are basic and modern covering the bare essentials. Things to note would be that the hotel has hot/cold shower, flat screen television, ceiling corner lights, safe parking in front and at the back/side of the hotel, and that it is easily accessible. We did not expect much that's why the small quirks and annoyances did not really affect us during our stay. We had a pleasant stay. We'd recommend it.

  Nice place

  It's not actually a hotel but the service and accommodation was sort of the same. No view at all. All you can see (since we're facing the highway) were the pedestrian, vendors, cars passing thru, etc. The place is far from the tourist spots. The room is clean and just enough for all of us. The owner had a chitchat with my husband and my aunt telling the story behind the hotel. They were very nice to talk to according to my family members

  Just an average hotel

  We're not happy with this hotel. The staff are not friendly at all, especially at the front desk. The food is not good too. The price of the rooms are expensive for the quality they have. Rooms are just average and small. They do not have bidet at the toilet. There is an ample parking space for the guests. They are pet friendly as I have seen dogs in cages beside the rooms at the ground floor.

  Second time that I stayed here, they still only accepts cash only. It was a last minute thing. The lady in the front desk(same person that I saw when it was my first time) was too chatty, maybe she remembered me as well but that does not make it that we are friends, she asked me plenty of things about my personal life which she shouldn't be doing in the first place. I felt a bit off that time but I don't want to be rude to her that day so I answered a few. I was in a hurry to go up to my room so that I will not see her anymore. There's no elevator, just the staircase. There's parking in front of the hotel, and more at the back. The room is very simple. You got a bed(smaller than a queen size), a short rectangular table, a window, an air-conditioner, phone, and the television with cable. All clean. The mattress is very basic, same with the pillow. Bathroom is tiny. What do you expect? You get what you paid for. It's clean anyway. Breakfast is served downstairs where the front desk is, but if you want to eat in your room, they will charge you. You can bring food that is ready to eat in your room. This place is affordable. Like, if you need to attend something in Tagaytay. It's near the Tagaytay main road. But I will not sleep here ever again. I don't like the front desk. I will just be the one to adjust.

  Very Dissapointed

  Very Dissapointed. Very expensive! The room is big enough for a family room. Linen is just like im in a public hospital and like i am chek-in on the beach. Pillows are made of foams. There is no official frontliners that can be seen in other hotels. Weating a uniforms. Aircon is not enough to be cold, they are only using 1HP and I wasn't able to sleep properly because of AC NOISE. Very rude care taker his name is Mang Godo. Dining area is just like you are eating in a carinderia no aircon.. Only an elec fan can be found. Needs to improve the facilities. Not worth for value of money.
