  Nice apartment

  If you are wanting an apartment rather than a hotel ARCOM Palace is a good option. Although the hotel is very small and not located in a nice area (its basically in a car park) the rooms were modern and clean and bigger and brighter than a typical hotel in Italy. You are in walking distance or a short taxi ride to some restaurants or 15mins to Pomezia coast. The staff are very friendly and very helpful and breakfast is typical European, small but very good. Ask for an apartment on 1st floor as you will have your own terrace so you can walk to the supermarket and get some lovely meat and cheese and sit outside.

  An Oasis in Pomezia

  Pomezia is an industrial city built during the fascist era, filled with factories and strip malls. Unattractive conference hotels have been added. The Arcom Palace was an oasis amidst these bizarre buildings. Clean, comfortable, safe; the interior is lovely with an attractive small lobby, and marble floors and stairs. Definitely non smoking (essential for me given my allergies). Breakfast is provided, and the room is lovely. Stephan at the front desk was welcoming and very helpful. Always with a smile and happy conversation. He told us about the Elite grocery story across the road - an important find. The Arcom is an apartment hotel so we had a spacious living room (with a tiny kitchenette), two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The kitchen is minimally equipped so do not plan to cook much there. You can heat water or soup, and the refrigerator is large. The patio is large (but looks over unattractive industrial buildings. Enclosed parking was available - important since getting around Pomezia requires a car. Also, we did not find the restaurants nearby to be good, so we drove to Ostia by the sea for fresh fish dinners.

  Cozy and chic

  I stayed here for fee months during a business trip. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff would go the extra mile for you and the breakfast is mouthwatering. Theres a small gym but very well equipped. The forniture and the decorations are different and unique room by room. Its like living in a museum. Its a TOP CHOICE.

  Horrible man

  I was there for business and one of the guys which works there talks with other co-workers not in a nice way ....and I can notice not only that . Mr. Alessio I will definitely rate you with one star he must learn how to be polite ...and much more

  Excellent service and excellent apartment

  My family and I stayed here for only one night as we had to stop overnight to Sorrento - wish we would have stayed longer! Nice apartment, clean, had all amenities we needed including a washing machine. Excellent customer service by front desk especially Alessio. He was wonderful and gave us lots of good suggestions on what to do/where to go around here. Thank your for having us and thank you to Alessio for your outstanding service.
