  Great views and service with a smile

  We spent three nights in this small hotel (12 rooms) all with terrace and sea views. Service is attentive and always delivered with a smile. Reception is helpful with reservation of restaurants and activities. Breakfast served on the terrace with variety of fruits and sweets. The Hotel is 3km from downtown Lipari, we only used transport at arrival / departure because if luggage, otherwise walked and enjoyed the view. Recommended!

  Nice Stay!

  This is a lovely hotel on the port in Lipari. It is cute and the rooms are nice, with air conditioning. Nothing extravagant or luxurious, but it is clean and the staff is wonderful, attentive and helpful. Breakfast is traditionally Italian and it is served in a cute little room that has seating, or you can eat outside on the terrace. The view is beautiful and the location is very nice.

  Wonderful view of the harbor! Marvelous!

  The staff were some of the most friendly and helpful that we have met traveling in Europe. The staff work very hard to ensure you enjoy everything about the hotel. The rooms have spectacular views of the harbor. Our room was good-sized, the bathroom was a bit small but the hotel made good use of space to make it as comfortable as possible. Our room was very clean and the housekeeping staff did a marvelous job cleaning our room every day. The breakfast was very good. In addition to typical breakfast items, they had fresh fruit that was cut up and was fantastic. They make your coffee to order and bring it to your table. Breakfast on the patio overlooking the harbor was wonderful. The hotel has a charter boat that we hired to take our group around the island. It was a bit expensive (for a group of four), but afterward, we all agreed it was worthwhile. Despite the hotel being a 25 minute walk from the town center (we are not young), the hotel runs several free shuttles daily to the port and back. The public bus makes a few trips past the hotel as well. A taxi to the port or returning from the port costs 10 euro so it's not too expensive. The bed was very firm (typical of Europe).However, the mattress was made of foam and, overall, the comfort of the mattress was slightly above average. We had a delightful time and recommend this hotel highly.

  Great views and friendly staff

  We spent three nights here in July. The views from our rooms were superb and both had a terrace. The hotel had a large terrace for dinner and drinks before dinner with the same lovely view. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although it is a little way out of the town, this meant it was quiet and there was a shuttle bus which was convenient. A great spot to enjoy the harbour at Lipari and explore the islands.

  Won over with a view.

  This exceptional view is the main attraction of this Hotel. Unfortunately however the as part of the booking the breakfast and Bar set up didn't quite match our expectation. The food was below par, quite band of taste, a great selection of fruits, 'pre cut' why? and a small amount of white breads and processed meats. All a little too organised to feel comfortable with. No pool or main lounge area. Nice staff however for a price I would look further for more inclusions in a package. Wifi is very poor of connection.
