  A great place for families!!

  We stayed at Hotel Anna for almost two weeks. Such a great place to stay!!! Very welcoming (Katie), and all the staff were very helpful with a variety of things, such as the room, excursions, finding taxis, places to eat etc. The room was always clean. They had a beach umbrella and rafts for us to take to the beach. Walking distance to super markets and restaurants. The beach was very close (just need to cross the road and walk down a path). Room had two rooms, a balcony, a refrigerator, dishes, utensils, WiFi etc. A great place to stay, that feels like home!

  As friendly as possible

  We arrived much too late - in the middle of the night, but even then we had a warm and friendly welcome from Katharina. The rooms are big, friendly and clean. There is a nice beach close to the hotel and the breakfast was good. The hotel is very child friendly. Thank you!

  Great holidays

  We had a great holiday time in Anna hotel. The owners are very friendly giving us many advice for having a good time in Crete.Hotel Anna is close to a very nice beach and many tavernas... I strongly reccommend this ac commodation for a family. Thank you for your hospitality and your help for organising our holiday plans. I hope tohave the chance to get back next year.

  Nice enough place, great people

  We stayed here one night after a late arrival (after midnight) at Heraklion airport. We wanted a place near enough to the airport to go back and rent a car the following day. SO we wanted something inexpensive yet still reasonably comfortable. Hotel Anna Apartments fit the bill admirably. But the surprise were the staff, who likely are the proprietors of the hotel, who were so accommodating. Not only did they stay up to greet us, but they had a bottle of wine we got inexpensively and then made us a couple of delicious pizzas (there were four of us) that we paid for the following morning. So the accommodation is OK, at the beach and works for a vacation location. But the staff are just wonderful and make the experience great.

  Great accommodation, wonderful hospitality!

  We stayed there for 7 nights (3-10 September 2019) in an apartment and we felt welcomed and at home. The hotel looks very nice. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel is close to Heraklion, close to a few supermarkets and close to a very nice beach. The breakfast was very good and full. But what really makes this place special is the staff. They are very nice people! Very friendly, polite, always ready to help with anything and always welcoming you with a smile. Thank you for a wonderful time in Crete!
