  Very good on the whole, but room temperature too hot!

  I really enjoyed our stay here. Great staff who were helpful even when we arrived at 4am. The room was clean and had free tea/coffee, kettle, hairdryer etc. Also had a safe and bath robes. Small fridge with mini bar was also great. Breakfast was lovely, with a range of meats, cheeses, pancakes, eggs, juice, porridge etc. Also a nice area to sit and relax. Wifi was good and location fairly central. It was a 45 minute walk to train station, I would suggest getting a taxi. My only areas of improvement would be the room temperature. The temperature outside was warm, although not hot! However, our room on the 4th floor was really hot. In the day time I had to resort to opening the window wide and the door to the room, to try to get a breeze. I tried to have a cool shower but the water wouldn't go cold either. In the day this was ok, but at night, I found it hard to sleep. There was an aircon unit but despite it being on 16 degrees it wasn't blowing cold air. I appreciate that it is usually very cold in Russia, however due to the compact size of the room and heating insulation, the hotel may want to get some better air conditioning units for the summer. In regards to the washing service, we gave our laundry and per instruction, were due to get it back in the morning the next day. However at 2pm, when we were due to leave, many items were given back to us wet. Having paid between 100-150 roubles per item and giving quite a large load, this worked out quite expensive. I felt the washing should have been tumble dried if not ready. There are laundrettes near by but as I don't speak Russian, I thought it wlould be too much hassle to use them. I think the hotel should consider lowering their laundry price or offering a 'do it yourself' washing machines. All in all, had a good experience here and would consider staying again, if room was cooler!

  Nice central hotel.

  Nice hostel. Clean except that the bin in the toilet wasn't emptied before my arrival. I had to adjust the shower head using a screw driver because it came lose but otherwise the shower was lovely even if the glass doors were strange. There was no real comfortable place to relax outside the rooms. Although there was a little kitchen at the end of level 3 where my room was. Breakfast is on level 4 and is nice and filling having all the usual Russian breakfast things. WiFi was great. There was a TV but no English channels. There was English movies but difficult to get them to work. Staff were friendly enough and spoke good English. It was very handy to have the luggage room which is free.

  Nice Hostel! The location is excellent. Supermarket and hairdresser next to it. Very close journey to downtown and the airport. The staff knows how to speak English and they are very friendly. The place has flats and in each flat, there is about 10 room and each flat has a kitchen.

  Very clean hotel

  The hotel is very clean and located in the centre of the city. The room has a hairdryer, dental supplies, disposable comb, razor, soap supplies. There are 2 tables, so if you travel together, there will be a place to work for both of you. The main advantage of the hotel is that it's very clean: towels and linens were clean, no foreign spots. Because of cleanliness, I can forgive the hotel its shortcomings. The main disadvantage is that it's very noisy because the walls are super thin, you will be able to hear your neighbours and what happens in the corridor.

  Muy agradable

  Es un hotelito moderno, tipo Ikea, con todas las comodidades. Una cocina (microondas, cafetera, algo de menaje...) en cada planta. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero nuevas, limpias y luminosas. Muy bien la relación calidad precio de este hotelito 3 estrellas. Cerca del Centro. Supermercado estupendo casi al lado. La gente servicial y amable. Nos dejaron quedarnos en la zona de cocina/estar hasta que fuimos al tren nocturno.
