Great service, fantastic spaWe stayed there for one night and enjoyed the atmosphere. Room and bathroom was tidy, bed and linen very comfy! Best thing was to change into bathers and to simply walk through to the hot pools! Beautiful surroundings, inside and outside pool areas. Had late night drinks on the deck in the bar and a scrumptious breakfast in the morning. Excellent value

Seem to be in a time warpI was looking forward to staying here from the reviews and the website. However, probably the ugliest hotel from the outside I have seen. I guess it was built in the 1960s and so did the attitude of the staff. Rather rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful to say the least. Interior décor is very contemporary - but again only from 1960. Room was clean and nice enough. WiFi connection was absolutely hopeless dropping out every 2mins. Was charged for parking outside when there were no cars whatsoever outside - strange arrangement as one can pay for parking directly outside 5 or in the lower area for 15. If space was at a premium I might understand? I left with the distinct impression that hotel business customers are an inconvenience and perhaps they prefer group spa/wellness customers VERY expensive for what they provide. Will not be back

Not for international touristsBad reception agents. No flexibility or willingness to help. Both Sabrina and mainly Julia who made is difficult and refused to have me talk to the manager. The manager doesn't care either and didn't bother to come out. Avoid this hotel which is dated. There are 3 other theme hotels in the area. Nothing special here and bad attitude. Bad spotty wifi

Convenient for a stay with a visit of thermal bathThe hotel is located in a building that is not attractive from outside. Some flowers or green on the balconies of the hotel would make the difference. Rooms are nice and big, especially those to the side of the park. We have chosen the half board, but I would not recommend it. The food was ok, but nothing special. It is not good money for value. The same I could say about the hotel that it is not worth the money. Very surprising was the timing for check out, it is 10.00 and not later. If you wish to have a relaxing breakfast without rush it is not possible without additional costs that are quite high - 35 per person and than you can check out at 13.00. This is not normal as in the majority of hotels the check out is 12.00 or earliest at 11.00. We had a feeling that guests are not important which is very sad. Breakfast was very nice and can be recommended. I would like to suggest the management to review the check out policy.

Dont think we will be going back .......Arrived by car for a one night stay with half board. There is free outdoor parking available and also garage parking at an additional cost. Not the most attractive of building from the outside but very nice inside albeit very corporate. No tea making facilities in the room and also a bottle os water and two apples and two free drinks in the mini bar , but no air conditioning . A TV with foreign channels only. The room was clean and tidy with a good shower and a very comfortable bed. Dressing gown, slippers and towels for the spa for two people in the room. There was free access to the adjacent spa via a very convenient tunnel from the hotel choosing the half board option was a mistake on our part as we feel we would have had better value for money elsewhere in the nearby town where there are many options for eating out. This hotel boasts four stars but disappoints when it comes to half board which consists of buffet style dinner. The food choice for the main course was restricted to fish or liver with a mixture of fried potatoes and vegetables all of were overcooked greasy and very unappetising. The desert consisted of a white chocolate lollipop and some red berries. The breakfast was the usual continental style buffet fresh and plentiful served in a nice dining room. Overall highly overpriced and unimpressive
