  Great hotel and even better staff

  Arrived late at night and staff had already left for the day but was able to call the phone number on the door and host came in about 15 minutes and welcomed us warmly. Off the beaten path but only 10 minute drive from the castle and all the nightlife. 2 rooms really clean, NICE and QUIET. Wish we could stay longer but our next trip to Greece will allow for more time and we will be sure to spend more of it here in Ioannina and at Amfithea. Thank you for having us!

  Great view, great location

  Booked 5/23-5/24. Web site pictures do not reflect what a true treasure find this place is. The view across the lake towards Ioannina is wonderful. It is located on the edge of a quiet lake side town with easy driving access to Ioannina. Clean rooms, gracious and informative staff, delicious buffet breakfast. I would book again definitely if opportunity presented itself.

  Good staff and great hotel.

  We stay at this hotel only three days but we enjoy the clean rooms the breakfasts and the view of the lake!only 15 min from city and you find that you want. compliments to the owner for the hospitality!keep going there you deserve the best!

  Beautiful view in the outskirts of Ioaninna

  In order to stay here you need a car - or scooter - as it is some kilometers outside of the city. But we were able to park right outside the door, which was nice. The staff was really nice and helpful and we think we might have had the place to ourselves because there were 3 ladies just sitting waiting to make our breakfast (go for Nescafe btw). The room the nice enough even though a worn out - there is mosquito nets but with rather large holes in them. As a nice change nothing was yellow, brown or orange! There is a fridge and a fire place,which is nice and the wifi works ok. The best thing was our balcony with a great view of the city, the island and the mountains.

  Average hotel. Nothing special

  Hotel was ok. Wifi was terrible and barely worked in the rooms lap quite difficult to find the hotel Very average room. The view however from the top of the hill was stunning. Rooms could do with a revamp & redecorate... Breakfast not included
