  Great hotel!

  This is an extraordinairy hotel, very friendly staff and nice rooms. The hotel is quiet and lies in a very nice park. Excellent food, breakfast as well as dinner is great. The hotel has many parking places. It is a real hidden hotel pearl and we are sure that we will come back.

  Party at the hotel

  Invited for party of 150 persons at this hotel. Very friendly and professional staf. Food was served and was oke. Not easy with 150 pesons. Drinks where good and the barman where working very hard. Room are clean and classic.

  Charmy hotel in the woods

  The location of this hotel is probably both the upside and the downside for Hotel America. A few kilometers outside the city centre, in the woods, at the end of a dead-end road. So a very quiet place. Room look like they are from the 80'es, but large and functional. Parking free and included. Breakfast not includeded. The restaurant is supposed to be spectacular, but sadly we didn't have te oportunity to test it - except for breakfast which was quite good. Had a late drinkt in the bar. Abbey beer on tap was a nice surprice, however white wine was of the cheap kind that dosen't suit the hotel image.

  Different in winter than spring

  We previously stayed here in the spring and noticed some differences. There were no bus tours in December. Front desk was helpful and convivial. The breakfast was ok but the hot breakfast order menu was only in Danish and no one told us this was available so the breakfast was just ok. Fun to have 2 different digestive liqueurs as part of the buffet. Rooms are big and have some nice views. The trails across the road are nice for a walk or run.

  Romantic and romantic

  A great place for a romantic weekend ,staff is very friendly and helpful . The rooms are well decorated and on the larger side . The location is stunning with woodland and near the fjord. The breakfast had everything you could want There was a wedding while we where there so a great location if you're getting married
