  Super Hotel! The best ever.

  We stayed in the hotel for five days and enjoyed it from the first untill the last minute: the warm wellcome, the nice cosy rooms, outstanding sauna, welness and swimming facilities and not to forget: the perfect kitchen. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We lived in a dream. Marc & Monique

  Romantic

  We had enjoyed the romantic weekend. Very professional stuff, really polite and helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. Really nice romantic boutique hotel with cool little park. Nice pool area with outside bar, and small but cozy indoor pool and spa. Really nice design job.

  A lovely, restful stay!

  AMADE was a welcome respite - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is fully dedicated to the guests and were helpful prior to our arrival and while we were there. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent!

  Just awesome!

  Can't praise this place high enough! Chateau Amade is beautiful boutique hotel, rather small one, but this is exactly what we like - no crowds of tourists here! We could fully enjoy its wellness area (indoor & outdoor swimming pool and three types of sauna) and lovely little park just outside of the hotel. Food in the main restaurant was delicious, and breakfast were the best we ever had in a hotel, really. All staff were attentative, polite and kind, especially Kristian (thank you!). We really enjoyed our stay here and will be definitely coming back.

  Beautiful undiscovered gem - a few minor flaws which , if fixed , would have been one of the best hotel weekends

  My wife booked us into two nights in Chateau Amada. None of us had heard of it as up until now, our favourite resort was in the Tatras. As soon as we pulled up, very favourable you surprised . The beautiful home , the nice bellman , the beautiful rooms- it was a small jewel that brought you back in time . The rooms were very nice - Save for the smell from the cigar room which was overpowering at first and which they momentarily fixed . The hotel was a great blend of old and new . The wellness was excellent - our first introduction to the oft mentioned Christian who was indeed super helpful . The dinner and the breakfast were absolutely spot on - local yet refined and delicious. The two disappointments - the second night - I was woken up at 1:30 am by rattling vents . Tried turning off heater - no avail - we knew there was no point complaining as we couldnt change rooms and I am not sure anyone would fix it then . Needless to say , couldnt sleep until the morning . Second , We extended our stay by a few hours - attracted by the description of the great Sunday buffet - unfortunately it was hugely disappointing - especially after the refined breakfast and dinner - this was a huge let down . My wife mentioned that it was maybe designed for the local community but for the description and price I am not sure - up to then everything was worth it and did a great job blending local and modern cuisine , old and new architecture ... if they had those two correct it would have been one of our best weekends. Special mention to the restaurant waiting staff and the wellness staff - bravo
