  Convenient location. Brilliant for those who have difficulties with mobility.

  We had booked this hotel as a planned stopover on a long journey. I picked this hotel because it was conveniently situated from the A1, had free parking and offered an evening meal and a bar. We arrived to find it located in a hospital and soon discovered that the hotel was there to give people who had undergone treatment or therapy there a first taste of employment, which we thought was brilliant. The walls are covered with resident's artwork and the information book in the room tells you everything you need to know about the hospital, the order that run it and who did the paintings in your room. It is a very positive place. The whole place has been designed with accessibility for all in mind, so, the floors are level, the lifts take you to the next floor. The rooms are spacious with enough room to manoeuvre a wheelchair. The bathrooms are wet rooms which are large enough to take a wheelchair. Handrails, emergency help cords and buttons everywhere. I am looking at this from my point of view as someone who doesn't have mobility issues but I do have a mother who does. I also worked in healthcare for a number of years and this place looked like a paradise for someone like my mum who can't get about easily and finds most hotels difficult, even in their accessible rooms. The beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. I couldn't fault that. There was a faint "hospital-like" smell in the air that wasn't cleaning fluid, so I think there could be some improvement there. There was free wifi and a flat screen tv in the room. When we went for dinner, after deciding to stay in for the night as we had an early start, we discovered that they only really did snacks. We wanted a proper dinner and went to another place down the road (about 20km away) which was amazing. So that was a little disappointing. You also need a token to get out of the carp ark, but no one told us that.. We had a comfortable night's sleep but I was awoken early by the hospital trucks passing by outside. They are quite loud and we had the windows open as it was very hot. You can request a room overlooking the courtyard for an extra ten euros. We didn't consider this as it seemed so peaceful where we were! Breakfast itself was a fairly standard offering. Some hot food, meats and cheeses, muesli etc. There was a wonderfully helpful and cheerful lady on the morning we were there who brought coffee to our table and told us where everything was. She also checked us out and handed us the token for the car park and gave us a tip on how to put it in because the machine was playing up that morning. The tip worked and we were quickly on our way back to the A1

  Hotel moderno

  Se encuentra en Hiltrup a pocos kms de Munster con autobús directo. Cuenta también con aparcamiento propio. Es un hotel moderno con habitaciones no demasiado grandes, pero suficientes y con un amplio baño. Mi estancia desgraciadamente fue bastante ruidosa, quizás porque estaba en obras la calle en esa zona. El desayuno tipo bufet normal

  Just fantastic

  Very friendly and efficient staff. Hotel is brand new with all modern facilities. Good WiFi, good room, well functioning a/c, good bathroom as well as restaurant and bar. Great breakfast. In fact, I couldn't put a finger on anything. As an added benefit, it is very well situated in tranquil surroundings just off A1. Just perfect!

  Loved this little hotel

  Stayed just one night on a flying visit to nearby Hamm. I booked direct with them and emails were responded to quickly, and helpfully, so a good start. I had a 2nd floor courtyard facing single room. You could see the rooftops opposite, and a glimpse of the courtyard below but you are above so dont expect a proper view - which was fine as I didnt, I just hoped it would mean it was quiet which it was! Room was lovely, very very spacious for a single, comfiest hotel bed Ive slept in for a long time! I had a peaceful nights rest, a great club sandwich with fries for tea in my room, and the breakfast spread was great, loads of choice, lots of drink choices, really good. The staff were all lovely, helping me access WiFi (probably dont get many English guests so it wasnt as clear as it first sounded), even coming out in the torrential rain and gales the next morning as I left to put the car parking token in the barrier for me as I was driving a right handed car! Really enjoyed my short stay, would definitely come back in better weather if exploring further afield.

  Wow!

  Perfect standards, nice food. Perfect rooms with AC. Could not have asked for more, the service was just perfect and the employes had a superb level of service. I will definetely revisit whenever i pass through.
