    Quiet efficiency

A quiet, venue 20 mins along the river from town. Attentive family owners - especially polite welcome from young son at breakfast - a nice start to the day. Very family friendly. Neat and very efficient. 2mins from swimming pool and sports facilities. Have often visited Tubingen before and stayed at many of the hotels. This is very much a 3 star hotel but absolutey satisfactory and would definitely stay there again.

    Nice hotel

Nice and quite place where to stay. The hotel is outside the downtown area, surrounded by green park land, next to a river and close to a university sport center. It was about a 15 min. walk from the train station - not the closest hotel, but worth it. The staff were exceedingly kind and helpful with my bike. Thanks

Ok as a business stop over

Spent two nights here when over on business. You are given a pin number to open the main door if you arrive after reception has closed and your key is left on the reception desk. I was told that the rooms had been refurbished although I think I may have been put in one that hadn't been done yet as it was very dated, lots of brown basically. The shower head wouldn't stay up so had to shampoo with one hand and hold the shower in the other. There is no evening meal restaurant at the hotel although there is a restaurant only a minute away if you want to eat there. I didn't arrive until around 9.00pm and was tired from travelling so didn't eat. Would have loved a cup of tea though but unfortunately the room did not have tea making facilites, just a bottle of sparkling water and a bottle of red wine. Breakfast was made up of cheese, meats, breads and eggs. The food looked fine, unfortunately it's not what I tend to have for breakfast, but if you like that sort of thing then I think you'd be very happy. I did have a couple of boiled eggs and tea though so was more than happy with that. Wi-fi worked great, no problems at all and it was free. So basically I'd say this is perfectly adequate for a business stay but it wouldn't be somewhere I'd choose to stay if I was on holiday.

    One night in town

The hotel is not centrally located, but walking distance to downtown. I believe they also have bike rentals which makes it all easier. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable!! The bathroom was completely redone with everything you might need. Breakfast buffet is ok, small selection of items but everything is fresh.
