  Relax

  Very nice for couples in others words love nest we just wanted to stay at the hotel all the time every thing is provided in the hotel. Great location for families and in its surrounding are perfect to keep children occupied all day long. Little bit poor in breakfast side but that doesn't matter as we don't want to get out Will return again.

  Average hotel, great staff.

  I think the hotel's structure was pretty average. Rooms are clean but very basic, breakfast very average, TV channels only in polish or german, pool area pretty nice, SPA very affordable, location about 1Km from the center. I didnt try the restaurant as they only serve food till 8.30pm (we arrived at 8.35pm). Nevertheless the staff has been always very friendly and efficient. Definitively a value added to the hotel.

  Great views, friendly staff

  We stayed there for a weekend enjoying some alpine atmosphere in Polish mountains:-). We had a very nice view on the mountains from our balcony which in itself was very relaxing. The room and the bathroom were clean and bed was comfy. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The staff was very friendly.

  Excellent hotel with indoor swimming pool

  We visited Karpacz at the end of the ski season, just before the Polish May holiday: it was quiet in town and also in the hotel, but we still had a great experience. Staff was friendly, the food in the restaurant very good and the indoor swimming pool was a great way to refresh and relax.

  Not a 4 stars hotel !

  Positive points: comfortable room; parking lot. Negative points (and there's a lot!): - we asked for a quiet room, upper floor... we got the contrary (first floor, close to elevator and stairs) - we asked to change for a better room, we got one (#211) that was clearly not a room for custormers to rent: very dusty; not terrasse (when all rooms have one); no AC; no minibar; no lights for the bed... - regarding services: staff doesn't speak English (only Polish or German); no room services for cleaning; breakfast too late (8am) - Lastly, pictures are misleading as half of the rooms have terrasse looking at the parking lot vs garden.
