  Very good place to stay with your kids

  We've booked an apart room from this hotel for the kids midterm holiday for one week , it was the right choice for a family going to Bansko for skii with two kids. Breakfast and dinner was excellent kids love the food , special thanks to Boris , he was the great Chef...Hotel was located from a walking distance to Gondola center, and every day free transfer service to and from in almost every hour. Free WiFi was performing very well from the rooms with good speed...

  Fawlty Towers

  This is not a 3 star hotel, rather 1 star. the one i give for well heated rooms. first night we had to stay in another hotel because our room was not free. i will just mention that we have made booking 2 months in advance. we booked a room with two seperate beds. of course it was a kingsize. Front door could not close, only if the key was turned. If you are really looking for 3 star hotel than try another one.

  Friendly place

  We stopped here last week for four nights, for the price we paid this place is a little gem, we were half board but decided to eat out as we wanted to try the different bars. The man on reception, very friendly and helpful. On the morning we were leaving the snow was that bad staff were helpful ensuring we got our transfer. Bedrooms were warm, comfy ,

  An amazing hotel!!!

  Reception desk,personnel, Cleaning staff, all were very polite and helpful. we were always greeting with smiles..." The staff make you feel it is your home..., food is excellent especially the breakfast. The rooms are spacious, clean, towels been changed everyday...." Really happy with the time we spend in Hotel Alex The best time in Bansko! I had a wonderful time in the mountain. Will visit again for sure.... Transport to gondola was also...

  The interesting details was that the waiter was fast

  When we get there first we go in our room.The room was big.For us the breakfest was so early,but the breakfest was really good.In our room we had a 4 beds.This hotel is most big hotel.I can say one think about this hotel.This hotel is Familiar.
