  Muy buen hotel, servicio a habitación de lujo, comida magnífica.

  He visitado unas 5 veces este hotel.Me encanta el lugar tan lindo donde está ubicado.Tiene muy buen servicio.Sus trabajadores son muy eficientes y muy pofesionales.Trataré en próximas visitas llegar con mis amistades para que conozcan las maravillas del Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town.

  What a fun stay! Thank you Tierney!

  It was our first time traveling to Albuquerque, New Mexico. With all of the safety guidelines to follow, Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town did a great job at making sure we felt safe and comfortable. We had a great view of the city looking over Old Town. The first morning we came down to the front desk and was greeted with a warm welcoming by Tierney at the front desk. She was very kind and helpful. She gave us ideas on what to do throughout our stay and where to eat that was open for patio seating. Tierney was very professional and was excited to see that we were traveling to New Mexico for the first time. Hotel Albuquerque is a great place to stay. The hotel is walking distance to Old Town with many shops to see. If you are looking for a place to stay in Albuquerque with great hospitality I highly suggest staying here.

  Very Covid Safe!

  They had the doors sealed after the room was cleaned so you know no one else has gone in there. They keep their luggage racks behind the desk and clean them after every use. I received a text message before our arrival asking about when we could come and they were prepared and ready for us. The restaurant is currently not open in the hotel, but the small gift shop was. There is also no valet parking that we saw. Due to Covid I think theyre running on minimal employees but theyre doing a great job with it!

  Authentic and quaint hotel

  My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Albuquerque. The hotel room decor was a little outdated but thats what gave it its charm. The room was very clean and the staff was so friendly. Its also very close to Old Town and all of the Breaking Bad filming locations. We also loved the gift shop inside and had a fun time chatting with Anita who works there. Highly recommend it for an authentic New Mexican experience.

  Upgraded to Hotel ABQ

  We were staying down the street at another hotel we were not pleased with when we came upon the Hotel Albuquerque. We walked in and Tierney at the front desk immediately had us booked for the next 3 nights at a great rate. Very nice room overlooking Old Town with a balcony. When we noticed some unsightly trash outside our balcony, Tierney had it removed promptly. When we needed amenities like more coffee, Tierney addressed them immediately. She seemed to be on duty constantly!!?? When we needed a hot tub res and towels, you-know-who took care of it. Bluntly, without Tierney you would have gotten 4 stars. May I suggest hiring more staff? Just like Tierney, of course. And the bed and linens were really nice and comfy. The hotel did lack 24 hour restaurant and room service.
