  El hotel estaba sucio, mi habitación Sucia, me quede 6 días y no me hicieron la limpieza más que un día a medias porque reclame., aunque el chico de recepción fue siempre muy amable y me dio muy buenos tipos. Cochas y camas en mal estado.

  Sleepless night in a sauna....

  Unfortunately I had to stay at this very basic hotel in June 2019. At my arrival (in car, so lucky enough to avoid the horrible steep and cobblestoned street connecting the hotel with the main street) I wasn't believing that I booked the same hotel that I looked at the pics of on the website. I was allocated a room at the 4th floor with a lift...and 9 more steps that I had to do dragging my luggage. As soon as I came in, the air was incredibly warm and dump as the 4th floor is the closest to the roof and in Prague it was boiling (35 degrees approximately). Not only I couldn't change the room and not had any help from the receptionist, I also could NOT have a fan which is the minimum requirement in such a notoriously warm city in summer. The result of this nightmare is that I could not sleep for 2 nights because of the warmth in the room, I did not receive any help from the staff and I promised myself to never book a room in this hell never again. I can't believe such hotels are still allowed to work.

  Good price

  Good area so is not too near the centre that you hear clubbers coming and going but also close enough for easy commute and travel to the centre staff friendly and helpful rooms were clean and spacious

  Disgusting hotel, service non existent, management hiding from the customers!

  Poor management, refusing to speak any other language than Chech. The hotel is dirty, the breakfast is extremely poor and not as described. Even at a low price it's not worth visiting. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

  Incorrect and not polite hotel manager

  My review is not about the hotel services but about the incorrect hotel manager of the hotel. I had a booking for 10-17.05 with free cancellation till 25.04..I cancelled my booking on 21.04.and waited 3 months for my money refund.I wrote many emails to the hotel manager that i expect my refund.She answered till end of jube that once the hotel opens she will do the refund. She even do not speak English and answered in Czech language, did not say her name and was not polite. In july she denied to refund the money and offered voucher, but i insisted that i have to get my refund because 1. I have free cancellation and 2. i will not go to Prague at all. She continued to deny to do the refund (by the way she took my money still in middle of february from my card- 2 months before the dste for free cancellation??). At the very end Booking.com helped me and arranged my refund. So,do not use this hotel as she can do the same with you. This is not professional, incorrect and unpolite hotel manager!
