Great rest for the sensesThis is the third year that we have in Boava, Hotel Agava. First in 2011, was restored. 2012 years it was the same o.k. But this year is seen to be a little gave way to maintain of the hotel.Food is great people are great and friendly, the place is beautiful so because of that we coming back, they just need to work on the maintenance. Otherwise, I recommend to all who want a real vacation and rest from the city noise and bustle. The enjoyment of the senses.

Good average hotel on the nice islandThis is good average ***hotel on excellent location in little place named Bozava on the island called Dugi otok.(farry boat ride from town Zadar aprox. 1,5h).It is situated in the pine woods on the beach in the nature. The hotel has good restaurant, big rooms with big balcones, rent a bike...excellent place for a good rest. One of the nices beaches on the Mediteran, Sakarun is just 5min. from a hotel..recomended!

Just averagePerfectly located - peaceful place in pine wood, directly at the sea, nice beaches nearby, nature is great and even a nice pool is available. Staff is also very polite and helpful, really appreciated. However, cleanness is not up to the level (smells in the bathroom). Restaurant staff is great and their service is good, but the selection and quality of the food should be much better for this price. Also, the WiFi is not working properly (not enough capacity). Therefore, the overall impression is only average, which is pitty because the place has really great potential.

Below averageThis property was in need of refurbishing probably 20 years ago. It looks like a run down sindicate lodging from the 60's. The "restaurant" reminds of a soup kitchen, old furnishings, table cloths mostly dirty, food is not even close to being diverse as some rewievs claim (exactly the same food every breakfast, dinner alternates every 2 days), poorest of the poor quality of coffe and juices, poor imitation of cola and ice tea and poor imitation of nutela, the cheapest of the cheap ham and cheese. Dirty bed linens that the maids collected in the morning are scattered around the property for hours. The room is exactly the same as it was when the property was built probably in ex Yugoslavia, you can see by photos. Location is absolutely perfect, pine wood, small pebble beaches within walking distance, Boava center 5 min away, which is probably why they can charge over 150 per night! I would absoultely avoid.
