Ruidoso y mal oliente.

Average hotel with spot on locationThis hotel is located in the centre of town, which means it's close to stores and restaurants. It is also very close to companies that rent out cars and vespas for those who, like us, want to see the whole island. We got tons of help from the reception staff with general questions. The rooms were clean and simple, with nice olive oil soap in the bathroom. We enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof and the bar next to it. No matter the time of the day, the bartender was always there - ready to chat or make you food or drinks. The only downsides with this hotel were the elevator (we settled on the stairs), and the breakfast (which was allright the first two days but later became very repetitive and not so fresh). If you like toast and jam for breakfast, or bacon every day, you will be ok. It can be noisy with the balcony door open as several close restaurants are open until late hours, but it never bothered us.

Great views, average hotelWe stayed here for a week in August and paid for an ocean view room. The room itself is a decent size and in an ok condition but with a great view. The pool on the roof has a great view as well but needs a bit of a makeover. The service is not that great and breakfast was a bit boring.

Clean, average hotelStayed for two weeks and luckily got the room from the side alley. It was absolutely quiet and peaceful there. Either mattress or pillow were causing neck ache every night. Breakfast for boring..didn't change a bit during that time. Separately bought it cost 10 euros, whick I considered too much. Rooms were cleaned every day. Air condition was central one and didn't cool the room enough. Beautiful view from roof terrace.

Nice hotel with a wonderful view of the city at the pool and bar at the top.My girlfriend and i had a lovely week at the Aeolis Hotel. It is in range of a lot of local restaurants and super markets. The hotel itself is okay, nice rooms and good cleaning, but the breakfast is bland. What really makes it stand out is the pool and bar/restaurant at the top. The barkeeper is lovely company with a lot of stories to tell, and has been nothing but kind to us. We also enjoyed his cooking which was quite pleasant. I would have given the hotel 3 stars, but the pool and bar/restaurant at the top really saves it all for me, with a fantastic view of the city and harbor, in the company of the barkeeper :-)
