  New year eve in style

  We are regular visitors or Oostende and always use TripAdvisor to choose a hotel. Often the hotels are worse then the feedback on this forum would suggest. With this hotel however it was spot on: very friendly staff, nicely decorated, good breakfast, well located. Certainly recommended!

  Great Location

  Located just a stones throw from the sea in every direction, this hotel provides an excellent city/beach accommodation. The rooms (we stayed in 77 and friends in 46) are well appointed and newly refurbished. Pros: Very comfortable beds, with TV, hairdryer, coffee machine.fab location Cons: no bath, paper cups for the coffee. parking 24 per day. we didnt eat breakfast in the hotel as there are many cafes etc that serve food early and the hotel breakfast was 20 pp.

  Cozy and friendly hotel

  I travel a lot and this hotel is now on my top list of nicest hotels. Nice decor, good location, great value. The reception staff is exceptional. Especially the young lady who works day and helped us out with taxi arrangements and other things. Very nice breakfast. If I ever come t9 Ostend again this is where I would stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

  Great hotel

  Its cosy, well located, has a good atmosphere and fantastic beds! We loved our cosy room and well layed-out bathroom. Large breakfast buffet with choice for everyone. We just thought the bread and various roles could have been a little nicer as there are great bakeries in Ostend, but its a minor complaint.

  Great reception staff

  I didn't actually get to stay at this hotel as after the drastic measurements concerning the corona virus COVID-19, they were unfortunately obliged to close their hotel. However the reception staff were great, sending me an email to let me know, (unfortunately I only received this when I was on the train en route), and booking a room for me in C-Hotels Andromeda in Ostende at the same price. They gave me a map & directions & were so exceptionally helpful I have given a 5 star rating. From what I saw of the hotel itself it looked high-quality & has an ideal location in the vibrant Ostend city centre, very close to the beach and port. The interior looked lovely, modern and clean, comfortable & cosy. It's about 10-15 min on foot from the train station to the hotel, walking next to the beautiful beach.
