Acapulco beachThis hotel is very comfotable with good staff. Rooms are always clean. Hotel is situated near the center, right on promenade and 100 metres from the beach. You can borrow bicycle for free in the hotel.

RELAXING BREAKClean and comfortable hotel. Stayed here on a short break. Staff very friendly and very helpful. (Special thanks to Eva and Sabrina). Was made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was adequate for the price we paid for the room. Would certainly return to this hotel if we happen to visit Jesolo again in the future.

OkThis hotel is ok, one lady on reception (dark hair and glasses) is very friendly and helpful, the others not so, one lady always made us feel like an inconvenience when arriving back with car and asking for gate to be lifted, a few times she moaned at us. The breakfast lady told me off for taking my coffee to sit in lounge area after breakfast, I had a lot of mosquito bites on back of my legs and the plastic breakfast chairs were hurting. The restaurant adjoining hotel is superb, Flávio and his team couldnt be more lovely and helpful and the food is fantastic. On the last day we were packing to leave when we found a cockroach on our bed, we killed it and left it for cleaner to find. But to be fair the hotel was clean, so no idea where the cockroach came from. On a whole I got the feeling that English werent welcome here by some staff members. I wouldnt recommend this hotel but would recommend the restaurant .

Good locationThe hotel is old but it has been refurbished in most areas. The room we stayed in was the italian style small room but it was enough for two people. The matress of the bed could be better and the lack of the refrigerator is a big minus. A big plus is the good location just 50 m from the beach and free bikes.

Lack of flexibilityWe were planning to stay two nights at this hotel, on the way from Cinque Terre. On our last day we got stuck in the mountain because of a big storm (vis maior), so we called the hotel to cancel or modify our reservation. The recepcionist hardly spoke English (only Italian and Deutsch), she was not supportive, rather she kept telling that we have to pay one night as a penalty - that was the word she used, no chance for modification, even it was not our fault and we saw that they were many other available rooms for that day. So they charged our card with the costs as a result that we dont want to stay there never in the future.
