  In transit stay

  I stayed here whil ein transit from Switzerland to Netherlands. Picked it up because of the location past Strassbourg. Was not disappointed. The accomodation was in line with the price. The water in the shower was nice and warm, but it was built a bit awkward. Also, our room was next to the entrance and we heard trolleys and people pass/speak late at night and early in the morning. Ok for a 1 night stay and for the price.

  Very pleasant night

  We had booked here for a one night stay on route from Austria to Calais. Picked mainly based on its location and price and were very pleased with what we got. Lovely quiet location and very quaint/authentic feeling to the place. Rooms are cosy but very nice and the shower was good/powerful. The hotel's restaurant was very good too, we all enjoyed our meals. I recommend the fish soup starter - delicious! Easy parking, all in all a very nice little find and a pleasant surprise for a one night stay.

  Favourite stopover

  I stop here when traveling back from the dolomites, and really enjoy it. The food is really good- it is a great end to our trip. I look forward to our next visit. Primarily meat dishes and very local, plus brilliant wines from the region.

  Pésimo

  La mujer de recepción muy antipática,el hotel en algunos comentarios ponía peculiar.....y tan peculiar .Las habitaciones súper pequeñas,el lavabo más pequeño todavía, sólo había un enchufe en toda la estancia,en el lavabo ningún enchufe ni secador,eso sí las sábanas y en general limpio

  Focus is not on hotel hospitality

  The operation is focused on the restaurant and the hotel is treated as an afterthought. Staff? Lacking. Parking? The restaurant takes all of it, and we had to park about three blocks away on a residential side street. Staff support? We asked for the location of a laundromat to clean our clothes - at first the request was ignored and then we had to insist on more than a name. The desk "help" sent us to a car wash (!) that had a washing machine attached to the side! Desk check out? Again, see the restaurant to pay. Care and attention were desperately absent. If you want an obscenely expensive wild game meal, then maybe try the restaurant, otherwise it's not worth it.
