  Lovely

  Hotel 27 is a pitoresque hotel located in the outskirts of Tbilisi. The rooms are cosy and got all the modern comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Combine this with an ever friendly and helpful staff and you know that you've chosen the right hotel. High quality for a considerably low price. Recommanded!

  Beautiful new boutique hotel

  We took our chances when we booked in this new hotel but we were really happy about it. The place is very beautifully decorated. Friendly & helpful staff. Great value. It is not in the middle of main attractions but taxis are cheap in Tiblisi. The area seemed really safe and it was closer to the airport and the big market and some good local restaurants, so it was good for our last night there. There is no elevator, but it is only 4 or 5 floors I think. I totally recommend it if you don't mind staying 15 mins drive from old town.

  It's all about the people in this beautiful and friendly place - shout out to Max and Natalie!

  Our stay (my wife and I) at Hotel 27 was at the end of a lovely 4 day disappearing act into the mountains of Tusheti - we checked in on the 11th post a long drive down from the mountains and smelling of lovely pine and grass from our camp the night before. We hadn't booked our rooms here when we first arrived in Tbilisi a week before - but so wishes we had!! Right from the time we walked in we were in love with the place - the smile at the front desk took away that camping soreness we had, the lobby with the quaint reading corners led our eyes to notice little bits of detail, the books, and the art work all around had us sniffing the air for conversation, our rooms that felt original, non-templatized and well maintained. We had miscalculated our arrival and actually came in earlier than the check in time: and we were met with such warmth and understanding largely devoid in bigger, rigid, process driven establishments. That's the word - warmth. We had the most lovely breakfasts here, the food is top notch. And I am so glad I got to have a nice long chat with Natalie and Max - thank you guys for letting me take so much of your time talking about everything under the sun!!!

  Affordable option

  We stayed here for 3 days, it was close to public transport and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was simple, not too extravagant, cooked halal food for us. Helped us understand about the city and what and what nots. While on way back, we needed to get some locks for our luggage, our receptionist was such a help, he booked a cab, briefed the driver about our requirement, fixed the best charge. Thanks a lot!

  Close to airport, clean, friendly and good value for money

  We arrived on spec looking for a room close to the airport as we were flying out the next day. Hotel 27 met our requirements admirably - 15 mins from airport, clean, quiet, non smoking and good value for money for a 3 star hotel. Full marks to the friendly front desk and breakfast staff.
